Is there tethering support for Nikon Z7 in latest version of LR?

No, there is not.

You can check this document to see when the Z7 is supported.

A list of cameras that can be tethered to Lightroom Classic CC and Lightroom 6

It is likely that there will not be support for a while (which is intentionally vague), but new cameras often don't get supported for tethering for a year or more.
