When I share my screen for a zoom meeting, the person that is looking at her monitor claims that she can only see a portion of my image. What can I do to resolve this

When I look at my screen I can see the entire image in Lightroom. One person who is looking at the images says that she can only see part of an image, or she will say that she thinks I need more in the image—which is there, she can’t see it. I’ve done test runs with some friends who will send me a zoom link and they do not have a problem seeing the entire issue. Other times she tells me the image is too small. What can be the problem? Also I know that I have gotten to a screen that shows different green lines around a template….but I woud think that I need the green line around the entire screen, is that correct?

Since your test calls with friends look fine, I'd bet it's a setting on her side and not in Lightroom. When someone is watching a shared screen, Zoom has a View Options menu at the top of their window, and under it Zoom Ratio. If she has it on 100% (Original size) and her screen is smaller than yours, she only sees part of your screen and has to scroll around to find the rest. Ask her to pick Fit to Window.

The "too small" part is probably Lightroom's panels. With the side panels and filmstrip showing, the photo only fills maybe half your screen, and once Zoom shrinks your whole screen down to fit hers it gets tiny. Before you show an image press Shift+Tab to hide all the panels, or F for a full screen preview. Pressing L twice gives you Lights Out, everything black except the photo. Press the same key again to go back.

The green line is just Zoom marking what you're sharing. When you share the whole screen it goes around the entire screen, so yes, that's right.
