Eu ia para renovar a subscrição e quando entro perdi todos os ficheiros que tinha supostamente guardado na nuvem da abode. Hi All, currently I use LR CC as my main editing suite but like to use the iPad for portability and sync my top photos/portfolio to the cloud and Lightroom mobile. On the desktop LR I have all photos as smart preview and on the cloud the originals. On the desktop it is easy to export from LR Cloud as high res from the adobe cloud but I can not figure out how to do it on the iPad. I do not want to put the high res on the iPad for space limitations and would like to limit the need of an external hard drive. Long story short - my iPad has the smart previews and the full res are on the cloud.  How do I export from the iPad and get a high res photo for a big blow up? If I make sense, please help.  If I don't make sense then that is probably the problem.  Between the keyboard and the chair:)

I use Lightroom on my iphone and it usually synchronizes with my MacBook perfectly. But not now. It keeps synchronizing 2 unknown items. The number of my pics on my iphone is the same as in Lightroom on my Macbook and the pics are also the same.....still it keeps synchronizing 2 unknown items and it won't synchronize any new pics because the synchronizing of the 2 items I mentioned probably block new synchronizations........   What to do? I wanted to free up my space on iPad and I deleted the Lightroom app. I didn't know that all my imported photos would also disappear too... I thought they were stored to local storage after deleting the app too. I reinstalled the app afterwards but the photos were gone already 😞 I have Lightroom premium but I went over the plan of 40 GB so the deleted photos weren't uploaded to the cloud. What to do? How can I recover my lost photos? I don't have them anywhere else and I'm desperate for them 😞

Hello,Writing this from Mongolia. I purchased my lightroom last year and after a few months of using it, I unsubscribed. Yesterday (March 10) I restored and tried to open lightroom, but it says This subscription has already been purchased from Mac App store with a different Adobe ID. which I do not understand why. I have tried several times to solve it and could not do it better.  How to solve this issue?Thanks

Hi,  I have an Issue with lightroom. I just edited 600 photos and exported them. Now I can't read the edited/ exported files. I get a message from my mac saying : The file “P1066763.JPG” couldn’t be opened because you don’t have permission to view it.To view or change permissions, select the item in the Finder and choose File > Get Info. So I obviously tried what they say without sucess, I've given Lightroom access to my files and folder and even to my full disk. I've allow/ permit the access on "Local" in Lightroom as well, I tried and import 15times without sucess ... Can someone help me ? I need to send theses pictures but if I can't open them I'm scared no one will ...  I'm getting crazy .. HELP !   

when i try to edit my raw format photo's shot on my samsung galaxy s23 ultra it get blown out (the exposure is so high the phot gets uneditable) my lightroom has ot done this since the start and i worked perfect for 3 years and out of the sudden i have this problem. when i open JPEG or try to edit a photo shot with my 50mp camera that is the only way i can edit a raw photo that is not blown out all the other photo's shot on 12mp or on a other lens i have this problem with.

I downloaded some presets and they were in zip files (.xmp). So I attempted to import them to my phone (with the instructions for the new update) and it keeps telling me it failed. I even tried importing the sample practice preset and it failed too. 

Hallo zusammen, ich bin sehr neue und wollte mich in der Fotografie ausprobieren. Dazu hab ich die Ligthroom mobile App heruntergeladen, um Bilder im Urlaub damit zu machen und dann auch zu bearbeiten. Leider läuft das nicht wie geplant. Wenn ich Bilder mit der In-App-Kamera mache, werden diese nicht gespeichert. Ich kann die importieren Bilder von meinem Handy (IPhone 12 mini) sehen und bearbeiten, aber nicht die, welche mit in der Ligthroom App gemacht wurden. Leider konnte ich auch keine Einstellung dazu finden. Vielleicht kennt jemand das Problem und kann mir helfen.Danke im Voraus.

Hi,Ich nutze seit einem Jahr ein Schulkonto für Adobe und habe diesen Monat eine neue Aktivierung für mein Konto (selbe Emailadresse, neues Abo) bekommen. Seitdem sind sämtliche Fotos, die ich in Lightroom importiert und bearbeitet habe weg, auch die dazugehörigen Ordner.Bei InDesign und Photoshop kann ich aber noch alte Projekte sehen, die Cloud zeigt jedoch auch an, dass keine Dateien vorhanden sind.Die Fotos sind ziemlich wichtig für mich, da ich eine Speicherkarte verloren habe und daher wüsste ich gerne, ob es irgendwie möglich ist diese Fotos wiederherzustellen oder zu finden.  

I just got mobile and I want to be able to post photos on line for others to see. On the iPad I see nothing that allows this upload or a way to send a link to others 

I import my profiles through Lightroom on desktop but for some reason, some profiles do not appear on my iPad but appearon my iPhone. I have the latest versions. My main editing device is the iPad and it's troublesome to edit on my phone if I need to use those profiles. How do you fix this?

Trying to use Adobe Virtual chat for assistance and find that its "virtual impossible" to use becuase the service is impossible slow.   Its really not a chat but more like, type a response and then go away and get a coffee while you wait for the agent to respond.    Is this the experience of others?

Hola! necesito ayuda. Cuando estoy editando fotos en lightroom e intento usa alguna de las herramientas de corrección de imagen como eliminación de manchas, corrección con IA generativa, etc, el programa se traba, se ve pixelado y deja de funcionar aun que lo deje un tiempo sin hacer nada. Luego le cuesta cerrarse y tengo que acabar forzando el cierre con el administrador de tareas. ¿Qué es lo que puede estar pasando aquí? porque acaba siendo un trabajo muy tedioso el editar fotos. Si me podéis ayudar sería espectacular.Gracias

So whenever I am in Lightroom and I click on the Healing Brush Tool, it will say that Lightroom isnt responding and just stays like that forcing me to shut it down manually. I have tried a few things such as changing the graphic performance but that diddnt work. Hi allHave Lightroom 7.5 on PC with windows 10I have issues when I have loaded images to the cloud to work on. Before I work on them the image is good, however if I go to an image I have adjusted, it loads properly ie crisp and correct image adjustments but then goes blurred (particularly if I have cropped the shot). Then of course I don’t know if the image is good in the cloud or not, I cannot adjust it at all, And don’t know if I should save to my personal storage or start again.I have good fibre optic cable into the building; although in the building it is pre-fibre optic cable.Would it be anything to do with memory in my PC?How do I fix this please and why is it happening? Also – when I use in crop option in LR, it works for the first couple, but then it shows only the last image I have cropped. The only option is to close down and start again – can I fix this please?Any help gratefully receivedTIARob Townsend
