Hello,what I have to do for repairing my Lightroom classic?Rainer Perschk

For reference, I am using Lightroom Mac Version 7.3 on an Apple M1 Pro MacBook Pro.   Has anyone had an issue where during the middle of of an editing session the arrow keys stop working on the film strip and when adjusting something on a sliding scale? All of the other keyboard shortcuts work, but for some reason arrow key function stops.   This issue will resolve upon quitting and restarting application, but it is getting annoying & breaks my flow when I have to do so 4-5 times throughout an editing session. This has been bothering me for months now. How do I resolve it?   It generally seems to occur after I have used the crop function (or at least that is when I notice). When it happens, it will not allow me to hit enter on the crop. I instead have to hit 'E' to return to the edit panel and save the crop. From that point going forward, I can no longer use the arrow keys throughout the session. There is also a sound that plays like the arrow keys are no longer

Hi, in need of some help! I’m an amateur photographer trying out lightroom, I have been trying to use the enhance tools, as well as denoise etc. I tried googling the issue and have tried various different things.I shot the images on a canon 5D mark IV in raw, they uploaded as CR2 files and I’ve converted them into TIFF. I have tried the new lightroom and also classic. I have plenty of storage on my Mac. Could someone please be able to help me 🙏 I will need it explained in the most simplest of ways if possible, like I said above I’m a newbie! THANK YOU

Lightroom (installed from App Store) cannot import images directly from SD card. By browsing the SD card Lightroom finds the images and is able to import them. In the system security and privacy settings Lightroom has full disc access. I've also tried only to allow to access the SD card but it doesn't work neither. Restarting the computer and Lightroom multiple times doesn't change anything. My wife uses a similar configuration and is not able to import her images from a Sony Alpha IV. She has to browse the SD card to import the images, too. This problem exists for a long time now, even on newly installed MacOS, but eventually I wanted to report it. Problem Description: I am experiencing a consistent rendering failure when syncing photos that use a custom Canon linear profile (.dcp) from Lightroom Classic to the Adobe Cloud ecosystem (Lightroom Desktop, Web, and Mobile).Steps to Reproduce: Import and apply a custom linear profile (.dcp) to a photo in Lightroom Classic. The image renders correctly. Sync the collection to Adobe Cloud. View the image on Lightroom Web or Lightroom (Cloud version): The profile is not applied to the initial preview, and the image appears incorrectly developed (flat/dark). Manual Workaround: I have to manually open each image in "Edit" mode within Lr Web or Lr Cloud to "force" the profile to load. Only then does the image update and display the correct rendering.Major Impact: Adobe Portfolio: Photos synced via the Cloud appear incorrectly developed on my website because the "forced" rendering hasn't been triggered manually in the Cloud. Workflow: It is impossible to manually open hundreds of photos

So I am one my second day of the Lightroom trial.  I decided to try out the Lightroom Mobile feature.  I installed the app, but when I try to start it, it say to verify my account by hitting the verification on the email that is sent. But I never recive the email.  I tried loging in with my Adobe account, and waited over two hours and nothing came.  I tried using my gmail account, which is the same one used to my Adobe account.  But same result. My email does work, I have recived emails from Adobe, even the one confiriming my signup here.  My email is verified. My spam folder is clear.  I have Adobe listed as a contact and my inbox is far from being full.   I have Lightroom Classic installed and have been on the Lightroom Web.  I tried running the mobile app directly from the Creative Cloud, but that just started up the Mobile app, that then asked for my to verify again.  I even hit the “get help signing in” prompt, and when I try to find the account it says to “Check your inbox” again

This is the issue I keep having while trying to export my images. I have not been able to find an answer on how one might solve this issue. I came here to ask. Please let me know if you have had this issue and what needs to be done. My JPEGs come out fine from my camera, but when I import them into Lightroom mobile [Android], this is what happens. This is not my picture and I don't want Lightroom to change the colors of my pictures. Is this a bug or what?I need to change this asap but can't find any options.

HDR editing mode was automatically turned on if enabled in settings when I first started using the app several months ago. Now I have to turn it on photo by photo during editing. I used an iPhone 13 mini at first and now switched to iPhone 17. Photos are taken with the same cameras.

In Lightroom 9.1 I cannot see my color labels as I set them in LrC. Both latest update, all photos in synced collections correctly, no metadata issues reported in LrC.

Why lightroom force me to upload my photos to cloud?Beofre i could use matching styles for my photos on local and now its blocked for photos on local. Its allowed only for photos in cloud. Its extortion, coercion!This feature used to work without cloud uploads.

I can't get Lightroom mobile desktop to accept my MP4 or MOV movies. Lightroom classic excepts movie formats, why doesn't Lightroom mobile?

When I open Lightroom (not the classic desktop application) on my PC, it crashes instantly. I have never used the application before, so I do not know why this is happening. Where can I find the logs of the apps so I can send them here?

I'm shooting with the Canon R5, and the RF 16-28mm f/2.8 IS STM, and I'm struggling with the Lens Profile that Lightroom Classic this lens. Is anyone else finding this profile to be awful?As with a number of Canon's RF lenses, this lens required significant software corrections to be made to the Raw files. Particularly at 16mm, there is heavy distortion and vignetting. Adobe's profile for this lens, however, introduces its own issues. The default vignetting corrections result in bizarrely overly brightened corners. Shooting a scene with a clear blue sky, all around the image periphery there is a glow caused by this over-correction. Using the slider in the Lens Profile tab to reduce the vignetting correction only helps to reveal another problem: that the vignette on this lens is non-linear (the extreme corners are very dark, then there is a rapid improvement, before a gradual further reduction in shading as you move towards the centre of the frame. But Adobe's profile seems to be linear

Segue mais informações: Ao tentar editar videos aparece a mensagem " PERFIL AUSENTE" , " O PERFIL COR APLICADO AO VÍDEO ESTÁ INDISPONÍVEL", logo após isso aparece outra mensagem: "TORNE-SE PREMIUM", isso aconteceu após atualizar o app, e tentei desinstalar instalar novamente e ainda persiste, e estou apenas editando um simples vídeo como sempre fiz, tentei em outros app e consegui. o app não permite editar videos em decorrência de perfil ausente, não há quem corrija esse erro e desinstalei. We use copy/paste edits from one photo to another. It had been working fine up until today. This is the the app on MacBook Air.Laptop is updated App is updated Deleted and re-installed Tried cmnd+c/v Tried manual copy and paste from app Tried different grid views Tried updating the AI Settings on said photos

I have to batch denoise hundreds of pictures and with the new Denoise feature, I have tried both applying a preset, or copy/paste - both methods works on 5-10 pictures, but I can’t press enter on 300 pictures and just leave it overnight. I do volume photography so every event is over 1000 pictures. I have already reverted back to previous versions of Lr to solve this but I would rather be able to figure out how to solve this, as I’d like to benefit from the other improvements offered in newer versions. Can anyone help? If it’s a system limitation, I’d like to know what I need to fix, as I have a pretty good machine, albeit a Windows system. Thanks!  

After more than 1 year of properly working - Adobes seems to re-invent the old bug (2024) and working with NEF File on a Z6III is not any more possible!what a great success process seems Adobe to have - unbelieveable, but sure not professionalare there others with same issue  

So I recently started using LR for the Desktop (not classic) on my laptop since classic is such a hog and I don't need it when I'm traveling.  I installed several linear profiles that showed up just fine when I installed them and for two days afterwards.  Today when I started LR it shows the profile but underneath it there is an orange warning that says "this profile is missing", yet, when I go to reinstall it, it tells me that the profile is already installed. Colour me confused.

I would really like to have Folders and Albums to organize my People section of LrD.  I have thousands of people identified in the People section of LrD and right now they are in one long list.  It would be so nice to sort them by client, family, etc using Folders and Albums.  Thanks for listening!

I just migrated a 60,000 Classic catalog to Lightroom. Went well, better than expected. I’ll likely have a bunch of questions but to begin:Is there any way to see some basic info on the Detail view without switching to the Info Panel in the middle of an edit. While editing it would be nice to see some basic info on the file I’m editing. At the most basic level, if its jpeg, tiff or raw, basic shooting info like SS, aperture and ISO or dimensions, both cropped and uncropped.
