Lightroom Mobile for Android. It's close, just needs a few more improvements
Adobe Lightroom Mobile for Android is the future.
Why?
Android has far and above the greatest market share in the mobile device industry.
Operating System, Quarterly Market Share - August 2023
Android 70.89%
iOS 28.36%

This is set to increase as people, like me, can't afford to buy iPad Pro's, however much we'd like one. The global economy is in serious trouble and we no longer have the disposable income for Apple products. This is set to worsen, especially in Western economies.
The energy consumption of tablets and phones is miniscule compared to desktop and even laptop computing. This is an important factor and certainly for me as I try and keep energy bills to a minimum (energy costs have risen four fold in the UK over the past two years).
For Lightroom Mobile, I use a Doogee T30 Pro I bought for £149. These cheaper devices now have the processing power to use Lightroom Mobile smoothly and the screens are good enough for the task.
