After upgrade to version 5.0.9. we've noticed this error message in our logs related to our RTMP connections:[Thu Oct 22 08:20:07.447597 2015] [proxy_http:error] [pid 12208:tid 139852651566848] (104)Connection reset by peer: [client a.b.c.d:34054] AH01095: prefetch request body failed to 127.0.0.1:1935 (localhost) from a.b.c.d ()Any idea on what is causing this error?

Hi allI want to do the live streaming on Adobe Media Server which installed in Win 2012 Server. The videos files should be encoded through the Adobe media encoder instead of using web cam to collect video files, so I have a question for the encoded video files, can I place the encoded files directly to the Adobe Media Server for live streaming? I just find instruction for generate the live stream and manifest.f4m file from generator and connect it through the Adobe Live Media Encoder, but for my case, I am not using web cam and there is no location for import video files.Please advise how to do,many thanks!

So I've opened a pdf in Adobe reader on my iPhone, I've signed the contract and saved it and sent it back via mail, however when I click on the sent pdf it shows the contract as blank? Any help?

Can CPU E5 2609 V3 1.9Ghz support Adobe Media Server 5, as in Adobe Media Server 5 release note, the minimum system requirement is cpu 3.2Ghz?

I'm using a video encoder that has a limited character amount for the stream name. The multicast stream name for AMS is a long string of characters generated by the configuration manger and i was wondering if this can somehow be shortened to fit my encoders stream name field.

Is there a way to shorten the multicast stream name.  Our encoder with no take the full length of the name.

I have an issue with a new install of media server version 5.0.9 running on Windows 2008 R2. When I open the admin console using HTTPS, page opens fast no issues, when I open the same page via HTTP, page waits for 30 seconds before displaying the data. This issue is happening on all pages whether accessed remotely or from the server.Any assistance will be appreciated.Thanks

The only discussion that I found that is similar to the problem we're experiencing is Clearing application buffer after a live stream endsbut suggestion resolution didn't help (adding &adbe-record-mode=record to stream name).Problem is that after the publishing is stop, AMS keeps streaming the last ~30s of the unPublished stream. we are using Adobe Media Server 5.0.3 Pro version.we push a H.264 RTMP stream to the server , if the stream is IPPPPP....PPP and IBPBPB...PBPB , the Player ( JWPlayer or VLC ) is correct , but if we set the stream to IBBPBBP....BBP, the player drop some frames . is there anything limit with Adobe Media Server ?

I need to choose AMS version.as i can see in starter edition - each IP-multicast client exists on server.in connection with this - the question: is IP-multicast sessions limited by RTMFP limitation in Professional version (500 peers) or not?

Hi,We've set up recently Adobe Media Server 5 for live streaming purposes. We're trying to stream in HLS and the stream keeps having buffering issues on playback. It just freezes for a second.We've tried it on our site in JWplayer 6 (we will be upgrading soon to ver 7) and on VLC player. I can't install adobe flash player in windows 10

I have an HTTP Live Stream set up and am able to pull and play the live stream on apple devices.  My problem is I can't figure out how to play the stream in an HTML5 player in a browser.  I have the encoder set up correctly as I can view my stream through the AMS Sample Video player.  Any information or help would be greatly appreciated. 

Is anybody else having problems (in Win 10) after the last (adobe) update importing video? (in After Effects) Mine just stops working? Doesn't say its not responding it just stops?? I cant X out of it I have to use the task manager to end task. It was working fine before the last adobe minor bug fix updates?? (yes I've tried restating my system)  I just want to do a simple green screen cut in of 2 videos but I cant get the videos to  import?? Help please.

Hi!We are running the Adobe media Server 5.0.8 on a Linux Server with the built-in Apache web server. Since we made it compatible to support https, i can not see no more my applications running in the admin console. I can log in but the application list is empty even though they are working perfectly. For example, pPresently, we are running a webcast through the livepkgr application but on the admin console i don't see it running.Is it possible that it is caused by our server suporting https? hello all, iam working with fms 4.5. i need to write server side code but i didn't found any good platform where i can write server side code hassle free.Can i write asc files in flash builder 4.6 or anyother platform where i can debug code? if yes please tell me how? right now i wrote few codes in notepad++  and its like living 100 yrs back!! there should be something where we can develop faster and trouble free!secondly how can i give connectivity to sql database? thanks in advance!!

Hello,I am currently trying to install and configure flash media Server 5.0.I am having a difficult time with the 'documentation' I am finding on this site.  Does any one have any 'links' or 'other sites' they could recommend that might help make setting this up a little clearer. I am trying to Tie this in with IIS (I am not opposed to using Apache) if I can just get the thing running.We are currently running FMS 3.0 and I am in the process of trying to configure FMS 5.0.Any help would be much appreciated.ThanksRobert

I recently updated my computer from windows 7 to windows edge 10. before that adobe flash player was working fine; I could listen to Pandora and watch videos online. Now that I have updated, it keeps telling me that I need to download it. However when I try, the message says that it is already incorporated in windows edge 10. I tried following the tutorial and trouble shooting the problem and it still will not work.
