Hi, does anyone know how long the Photo Restoration Neural Filter in Beta will be disabled for?  Is there an alternative in the meantime? Thanks

I need help. I am missing 4 blur filters and I can't find ou how to get them to my photoshop. Can anyone help me? I am missing among them surface blur. I have it in Norwegian, so I don't know if this have anything to do with it. But I do see I have less then the photosop tutorials I watch.

I have a problem with the Photo Restoration filter. I tried to restore some old photos - various file sizes, pds, tiff, jpg. On some of the photos the filter doesn't work and instead gives me a message "We've temporarily disabled this filter because of an error."I've contacted an agent in support, and we spent over 1,5h trying to fix the issue - reinstalling and uptading graphic card drivers, photoshop, restarting the PC. Nothing helped. The filter just doesn't work on some photos, seemingly without a pattern.

The weirdest thing haqs  just happened to me, I was using PSBeta23 and wanted to change the background to a picture that I was editing. I went to Neural Filters and went to the section where you can change the background to a similar color / style as the example. I chose a sunset ( the last picture option) I clicked on it and after a pause of about 3 minutes, it changed the picture, which is great, however, it also changed  my computer - so what was previously white, is now dusky pink. I have tried re-booting my PC without any change - my whites are still dusty pink!!I am using a normal Windows PC, Windows 11.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just started learning Photoshop for the first time today, and after watching a beginner course I made this as I want to get into designing adverts. I made a mockup banner advert for a random protien powder company, if you have any tips or critisisms to make it look better, such as tools I could've used or other things I could change that would be really helpful so I can learn how to make these better. Hi   I have a Macbook pro on Ventura 13.0.  It's a new Macbook.  I run Chrome 105.  When i try and load an image in the web version, I get a message about ram and memory and incognito.  None of which is a problem.  The mac has 16GB of RAM, 500GB of free space and i am in my own profile on chrome.  My daughter on a 2017 Macbook air is getting the same message when she tries as well.  What is going on?   Kim

Glad to hear about EDU accounts using Photoshop Web.  Trying it again today, we still only get VIEW / Comment options. Popup says not to use INCOGNITO mode. Is there a setting that our EDU admin need to change? I'm logged in to my school borads Google Account on a new chromebook and logged into my FULL Adobe CC account but still getting Incognito warning.  Thanks for your suggestions.  Cookies to clear? Admin settings to adjust? Google Admin settings to adjust? Mike

Copy and paste permissions randomly disabled. Latest update to this online photoshop has been terrible. Just terrible. The website actually worked before but I've had nothing but issues since. I hope you read this and do something about it.

Hey    I've create a mockup template in Photoshop, how do I drag images out onto the mask section on the Creative Cloud - (Beta version)?   On the Desktop version you just drag the image out into the masked section and it appears on the mock up - however on the cloud photoshop it doesn't work that way - any ideas how I can get images in the artwork?    I've attached an image of the mock up.   Hope your can help 🙂    Taylor

hi everyone i ve a little problem i cannot launch photoshop web version beta on my chromebook. i ve a white screen when i try to import or create a new file. i ve an acer chromebook 314-2H-K6WL. any help would be appreciated tyvm

I am not sure what I did wrong, but my work space it zoomed in so much that it is impossible to work. I am attaching a screenshot for reference. I am not trying to simply zoom in or out, but the setting is zoomed in so much so that I cannot see the tools at the bottom of my tool bar. 

I use online photoshop on the go, it's handy when I'm not at my computer, but I've run into an issue when it comes to my images. When I go to use the magic wand on the background, it doesn't select what I want it to, it makes these weird circles around the image, like it isn't even there or something, it does the same thing to a layer instead of selecting the whole thing. It even selects outside the picture.   I have looked and looked for a troubleshooting guide to fix this, but I have run into walls, if anyone can help with this issue, I would be grateful.    Thank you.

For the last couple of weeks I've noticed the photo restoration neural filter has been disabled. The notification says "We've temporarily disabled this filter because of an error." I tried running the filter, just in case, but true to its word, it was disabled. I enjoy restoring obscured and blurry faces with this feature, but I haven't been able to do it for a while now.I've tried the common methods to fix the issue, such as restarting Photoshop, redownloading the filter model, and deleting the folder in "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\PluginsStorage\PHSP\24\Internal\com.adobe.nfp.gallery\PluginData". I'm currently using Photoshop Beta version 24.2The following are my Windows specifications:Edition Windows 10 HomeVersion 21H2Installed on ‎11/‎19/‎2021OS build 19044.2364Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0

Hey. I'm new to Photoshop but am currently using Online Photoshop. On online photoshop, when I click with the paint brush tool, it goes a little bit away from my mouse pointer. Is this anything I can fix or is it because I am using it online? Thanks

Hi, I am new to Photoshop 2023 today. I am used to CS6. I have been trying to remove the background on several images, but this process is deleting part of the right side of the image automatically.Does anyone know how to stop this happening ? There are 2 screenshots attached showing the cut off front section.Thanks
