Can an image with AI generated content be reverted to original state?

Hello all,

I have a curious question. I'm wondering if it would be possible to grab an image from the web that has some AI generated content within it and revert it back to it's original state?

No, but you could try a reverse image search and see if you get a match against original content if that too was on the web.
