I am unable to use generative ai since morning. It keep propmt error saying "we're facing an issue now"

Yes, the same issue occurs in Germany, Hamburg - for both version 26.3.0 and Beta. It’s not amusing when work gets interrupted for such an extended period.

same problem in spain. generative fill does not generate anything in photoshop or beta.

It's working on version 25.5 for me, and Kevin Stohlmeyer has some useful comments in this thread (older pages)
"Uninstalling/resintalling will not make a difference - Firefly AI is dependent on server connections, cloud, etc. all online issues nothing to do with anyone's local setup."

I am also suffering with this error, running 26.3.0 and it's consistent on every generative fill/expand attempt. Tried with/without VPN, disabled Firewall, tried even Photoshop Cloud and so far nothing is making a difference. All started since recent update, laptop seems to be above required levels to run Photoshop well.

Same problem in Switzerland since this morning, with V26 and Beta. I've just downgraded to 25.12.1 and it works well. Very frustrating when when you're on a work rush and the clock is ticking...

how to choose lower versions? I can only select 26.2 as lowest?

in the creative cloud you need to go to apps, and in photoshop click on the three dots, and then previous versions

yeah... not surprising, but since it's such a useful tool, it's particularly jarring when it stops working. Same problem here, Netherlands.
