Images not saving properly to folders

When I am saving images from photo shop to folders on my mac sometimes they appear as a pure green image on the folder. The filename is correct but the image is all green. Also sometimes on the icon only half an image appears. When you open the icons the images appear as normal. Not sure what the problem is..
