In Lightroom CC, Batch denoise is stuck after a few pictures, forces me to select 'Update AI later' - how do I trouble shoot?

I have to batch denoise hundreds of pictures and with the new Denoise feature, I have tried both applying a preset, or copy/paste - both methods works on 5-10 pictures, but I can’t press enter on 300 pictures and just leave it overnight. I do volume photography so every event is over 1000 pictures. I have already reverted back to previous versions of Lr to solve this but I would rather be able to figure out how to solve this, as I’d like to benefit from the other improvements offered in newer versions. Can anyone help? If it’s a system limitation, I’d like to know what I need to fix, as I have a pretty good machine, albeit a Windows system. Thanks!
