Last Filter not working with Neural after 2023 update

I use "Last Filter" a lot in editing. Ctrl + Alt + F

After updating to 2023 I've discovered that Last Filter works with ALL other filters, EXCEPT Neural Filters. There are no errors, the command actually works - it just doesn't apply the filter I've previously set up. In other words, Last Filter thinks it's woking (show in the History that it applied Neural Filter) but doesn not actually apply any Neural Filter settings. This is slowing down my productivity and I need it fixed ASAP!

Reverted back to v 23.5.2 and the Last Filter works properly with Neural filters, so it's definitely a v 24.0 problem. Hopefully Adobe will fix address this bug and fix quickly.

Hi! Having the same problem! Have to revert to an older Photoshop version before all the neural filters work. All my Portrait filters are greyed out in v.24. I run Windows 10 OS. I mention this as I wonder if Mac users are having the same problem...

Hi again! I decided to open several images in the latest Photoshop version (24.1.0) & try to use the Neural Filters on each. Guess what? Depending on the images' parameters (bit depth, colour mode, etc), the Neural Filters selections would grey out accordingly. For example: my Neural Portrait filters work with certain images & not with others. Who would have figured!!! Lol!
