Program Error Diagnostic Plugin feedback

I honestly have had enough of this program error. I have done everything you suggested, and still get the error with about 20-50% of my files. I have used your Diagnostic Plugin, which doesn't work and does not copy anything to my clipboard. I have wasted countless hours of my time trying to solve and fix it, constantly slowing down my productivity, and also tired of seeing 'temp' files from this error clogging up my storage space. It seems this problem has been around for a long time and still no solution. Can we get a fix????????

None of these suggestions helped.

I tried the suggestions listed in the Program Errors when opening or saving files

I installed the  Program Error Diagnostic Plugin

Nothing copies or pastes because as soon as I hit "Simulate error" I get the same "Could not complete your request because of a program error." I can't even quit photoshop because the error just pops up again and again. I'm so frustrated with things not working smoothly.

Recent changes to my Windows 10 system: installed new Cintiq and updated its drivers. Updated my NVIDIA drivers. Updated my Intel drivers.

I can't get the fix to work either. I get the program error only when I'm working off our network. If I copy the file to my desktop, the error does not occur. I've tried the previous PS version and the diagnostic plugin did not work. It isn't plausible for me to copy thousands of files to my desktop to change metadata. 

This isn't working!  There is nothing in my clipboard to post here.  I get the error when I open the print window, then hit print settings.  If I don't do that immediately after opening a template or file, I get the error. It is very annoying!

I can't open any files or close the software except through the task manager.
The user diagnostic plugin does not copy anything to the clipboard despite error message.

Everyday I have to uninstall Photoshop and remove all files and then install Photoshop again - and then it works until I close the program. I have tried troubleshooting using the list and suggestions in this community but without any luck. 

Any suggestions on what to do?

I recently updated to Photoshop version 22.4.2.  Ever since then, I receive program errors when saving *any* file. Reverting to previous versions caused the exact same "program error" dialogue box (the diagnostic plugin text below is specifically from 22.4.0, to which I reverted because of this bug).  Since I use Photoshop regularly, this is an aggravating roadblock that stops all of my work in its tracks.  I will re-install 22.4.2, but would like a viable fix or work-around that can allow me to continue my work as soon as possible without chancing deadlines.

I can't open PDF files with v22.4.1 on Windows 10. I installed the Program Error Diagnostic Plugin and enabled "Copy error stacks to clipboard" but I get nothing in the clipboard after closing the Program Error dialog, and also I get nothing in the clipboard when I use "Simulate error" so I doubt the diagnostic plugin is working properly on my system.

I've disabled Generator and disabled my GPU (GeForce GTX 970) but that doesn't help (same error).

Is there any workaround for opening PDFs?

I can't get anything to print to a clipboard (and I can't find my clipboard).  I am trying to print out of Ps2021 on a mac running Big Sur 11.4 and when I go to print I get a message saying:

could not print "(file name)" because of a program error

This just started - I did a bunch of prints two days ago, everything was fine.  I've tried several different files including files I printed a couple of days ago and nothing works.  Help! (please)
