How old is the graphics card?

Thanks for all the info, well it's not overheating for sure, I'm monitoring that, but CPU crashes and the graphics drivers aren't the problems, in Photoshop 2022 I had a problem where every start-up needed to wait 30 seconds until it starts working, now this issue is also caused by CPU as I can see.
My CPU is I59600K, is it too weak for photoshop, or is the actual reason?
in Photoshop 2021 there is no issue, I guess I have to upgrade.
