Add a Wi-Fi Scanner

I have connected a wi-fi multipurpose unit to a new PC.

If I opt to Print the PS Elements found it straight away. But if I want to scan to it there is no WIA device found.  How can I add it, please?

Thanks, Greg,

I contacted the device manufacturer (Canon) and they told me to install the very driver I'd downloaded and installed a couple of days before, so no joy there. I decided to take the quick path, connect the cable instead of using wi-fi and it worked first time.  Bruce

Does the scanner show up in the Organizer's Edit>Preferences>Scanner dialog?

 

Have you installed a WIA driver for your scanner.  (Check with the manufacturer's website.)
