Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019

Question

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 will not install on my Windows 11 Lenovo Yoga Laptop.

I get an error message saying "Update required - Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system"

Microsoft Edge is updated to the latest version as well as Windows 11. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First download and install the Adobe Cloud desktop app. No need to subscribe. Just install it.

Then install Elements 2019.
