Question

I can't export my photo creations onto social media

I've  tried for ages.  I can edit great photos, but then can't  workout how to share them on social media....or out them into my photo gallery. 

Any ideas?

 I'm  not particularly  tech savvy.

What OS and version of Elements are you using?

Are you using the Organizer to catalog your files?  The options for sharing are generally greater there than in the Editor:

 

Also, if you are using the Organizer, you can usually click and drag a photo to your social media of choice. 

 

I'm not sure what photo gallery you are referring to?  Are you talking about an external website or, perhaps, the photo application provided by your OS such as the Windows Photos application?
