if i move all my xmp adobe files to a new folder within the same drive, will it affect the adobe elements program?

I am running Windows 10 Home 21H1 build 19043-1055 Recently I had to reinstall windows 10 which means I had to reinstall Photoshop Elements 2021. I went to my Adobe account to do this. I only downloaded PSE and Premiere Elements. I did not download Creative Cloud, I have never used Creative Cloud. I keep getting notices about a Creative Cloud update and I just close them. I have tried to uninstall Creative Cloud but it will not let me. When I try to unistall it I get the following window... How do I get rid of a piece of software I never installed in the first place? I know others have to be having this issue. Even if I installed it by mistake I do not waht it, so how do I get rid of it? Any and all help is appreciated. 

I downloaded photos with Nikon NX-1 software without doing anything. Photos came up automatically in PSE, which is where I wanted to edit them. They are in JPEG and they were never in RAW.  Now when I want to upload pictures to an outside printing service,  the files are grayed out on my computer and I can't upload them. I can see and view the photos on the NX-1 window. The edited photos are in a folder that Nikon system created ad named. I view photos too on PSE Organizer. What do I have to do to be able upload these photos foe printing? 

2021 Organizer, my organizer workspace will not open upon start, I keep getting "not responding" beyong frudtrated I use this to do quick edits on shoots. I have all Auto Creations items turned off. I can get to the catalog manager I have tried repair, optimizer even built a new catalog still no luck on opening my photo thumb nails.Help please

I can't tell if this is a Photoshopo issue or a PC issue. I used to be able to double click on a photo on my PC and it would automatically open in Elements.  Now, when I double click, Elements loads and opens but not the photo. The file on the PC is set to automatically open jpg files with Photoshop. I temporarily had a trial version of Elements 2021 on my PC but have since deleted it. I had a Windows update a couple of days ago. Can anyone please suggest what the problem might be and how I can resolve it? Many thanks.

Hello Everyone. I used to use Photoshop, up to CS5 and was always able to select by color--i.e.: I could choose a color as small as a pixel and everything in the image of that color would be selected, then I could increase or decrease the levels of the color until I had chosen all the parts I wanted to do something with.  Is there anything in Elements 2020 that can do this?

I have read everything I could find on this subject and nothing is working for me.  I decided to try shooting in RAW.  I edited them in PSE.  It only allows me to save the photos as DNG.  Is there any way to convert them to JPEG?  Otherwise, they will not open in "My pictures"   Thank you

When will I be able to process raw files from Nikon Z6 ii/Z7 ii withoiut taking additional steps?

I am running PSE 2021 on my windows 10 based desktop computer. Could someone here please let me know the steps to take to EXPORT all of my TAGS & Keywords that I have in my PSE2021. I have done this once, I think, in one of my earlier versions of PSE, but I couldn't locate any options in any of the Menu items.By exporting them to a spreadsheet format would help me manage them a bit better - e.g., to check for any duplicates, etc.Thank yuo for your help.

Which option do I use to remove the scratch on my head?

I'm struggling with the tree in Organizer 2020 showing old folders, grey-out folders, deleted folders, and it's missing new folders.  I want it to refresh to show the actual contents of the Desktop folder, but it's showing an old depiction of what was once there.  How do I refresh the tree in Organizer to match the file structure of my Windows 10 hard drive?

Is there a discount to upgrade to Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 & Premiere Elements 2021 from the Elements version 9 products? Thanks

My photoshop elements suddenly stopped working earlier this year. It opens up but i cant edit files, the colour wont work nor the text. I cant open a new file, it crashes, gives error msgs. Is there a way I can contact adobe in the UK?I bought it back in 2017 possibly, its paid for so it should't crash like this. Can anyone help?

I purchased this combo-box several years ago to use as an advertising tool at my (now defunct) LLC business. For all those years since it's been sitting in a pile of stuff collecting dust. I've recently retired and decided to re-started doing post production photography as a hobby. Needless to say, I would very much like to finally make use of this rather costly investment of mine, but just came to discover it will not work with Windows 10. Can anyone please assist me with this matter? Ideally, I would like to upgrade to the 2021 versions, but frankly it's a bit cost prohibited to me at ~ $160.00. Is there a work-around to get it function with Windows 10? I'm certainly open to other ideas as well

I am using a new Mac running PSE 21. I just purchased 2 - 4 terabyte desktop drives to use fot backup storage. There will be a good possibility that the laptop will get stolenar wet therefore, I don’t wish to store anything media on my computer. I am wondering how to handle the workflow. I am currently uploading to one of the drives from the camera. Then I load the picture into PSE for editing. Everything stays on one of the drives which I will alternate keeping both drives backed up with everything except for the current pictures I am editing. I am planning to keep the drives in a shock proof and water tight pelican case. So, I get a little lost here if I want to keep two backups.  Do, I now get a third drive and could use drive 2 and 3 as alternating backups. Does this make sense  is there a better way. In the past I have used drop box to save my photos and catalogs, but there was no second backup. I was also terrable at this and it was a mericle I didnt loose any work

Does Photoshop have AI add ons that work like Topaz

Hi, If anyone can help. I recently bought a new Dell (Windows 10) with Adobe Photoshop and Elements. I got them running but now when trying to load Photo Editor (which seems to be Photoshop) from what I believe they call the Splash Screen nothing happens. The Video Editor button on the same screen opens up OK in Elements. I have tried re-installing Photoshop to no avail. Any ideas. Thanks Clive

I am on a Mac running Catalina 10.15.6.  I moved a catalog to an external drive improperly. I was able to reset the catalog location to the external drive. I then had to reconnect all the files, about 100,000 of them.  It took me almost a week of manual and automatic reconnection.  I then did a backup of the file structure only.  At the end of the process I got a message that the catalog couldn't be found and to create a new one or open another. I opened another (I have 3), and then went through Manage Catalogs back to the catalog I had been working on.  All my reconnections are lost. In addition, none of the files that I have imported since mid-November are showing.  This is also true of my other catalogs as well, all of the files since mid-November are not in the catalog. What happened and can I fix it?

I've used the database with PSE 2018, but can't find a choice for it in PSE 2021. Am I overlooking something?

Grossvater in Not: Habe jahrelang mit PS Element 10 gearbeitet und bin dann auf Elements 2020 umgestiegen und damit gearbeitet. Jetzt am neuen PC kann ich nur mehr auf die alte Variante zurückgreifen, die neue ist verschwunden!?!? Übergangshalber habe ich jetzt noch ein paar Tage die Testversion im Einsatz.Wo kann/muss ich ansetzen, damit das Werkl wieder läuft??Bitte antwortet mir nicht mit zu vielen technischen Begriffen.Danke im Vorausstoissi
