Print to PDF Not Working

Using Adobe PSE 2023 on Windows 11 and trying to print an image to PDF (either Adobe PDFor Microsoft PDF), I get the following advisory....."Unable to print. Either printer not found or could not communicate with the printer......"   The images print correctly to my Canon printer, just not to PDF.  Selecting "Share a PDF Slide Show" does work fine.  Just can not Print and save a PDF file.  Request advice please.....Thanks.....Ron

Printer issues like this are usually resolved by resetting the preferences file. Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.  This step cannot be reversed, so you will have to change any of your preferences to the way you like them.

That worked! Thanks.  I did have to do it again the next day.  But it worked again and so far it is still working........Ron
