Hello Community, I've noticed many YouTube videos can go up to or are set at '(1080p60 HD)' / (1920x1080) 1080p 60fps [screenshot attached: "Setting 1080p60 HD"]. Does Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 support setting a project at these specifications when starting a new project? Additionally, can it export videos in the same 1080p 60fps format through 'Export & Share'? (Adobe Premier Elements 2018 lacks this capability). Please respond with clear and concise answers with necessary proof, such as screenshots within Adobe PE 2024 of the project settings and export settings (dialogue boxes / drop down menu etc) showing these options. It would be greatly appreciated especially for those who may not understand. Cheers.

This is my second Elements project.The first project successfully exported and shared to my YouTube account.This second project freezes on the rendering screen when exporting and sharing to YouTube.I was able to render the project outside of the export and share.This second project is different than the first in that it has two video tracks.Another thing I noticed is that the second video track shows no thumbnails for the scenes but the first video track does.Any suggestions?

I have a huge problem. It seems like i have created my project with the wrong settings. Resolution is 1280 x 720 ... I want full HD as usual, that is 1920 x 1080.Is there any way to change this? The problem is... the video is completely finished. Accordingly, I'm pretty desperate right now because many hours went into the work.In the project settings I can no longer change the frame size. Does anyone have a solution suggestion or do I have to make it completely new?Would there perhaps also a possibility to copy the workspace into a new project or so?Please help!Thanks a lot

Hello, why can i not upload movies into Premiere elements 2023? The movies are around 2 GB and in MP4. The program keeps saying that it isnt possible.What am i doing wrong? 

I tried to crop a video, and the result looks fine at the beginning of the first image. However, 15 minutes into the video, the second image shows what is cut off. The crop left is zero for both images.   The program is Premiere elements 2023 and the video is a 1440x 720 360 video. Is there a known fix to stop the video from changing the crop position throughout the clip. the clip is1 hour 43 min. Thanks,Joe 

Bonjour Depuis peu j'ai un nouveau téléphone Galaxie S24 et lorsque je veux ajouter la vidéo à Première Elements 2018 il n'y a que le son qui se télécharge.Si je télécharge une vidéo que j'ai pris avec mon vieux téléphone qui datait de 2017 tout fonctionne. Que dois-je faire pour que Première Éléments 2018 affiche ma vidéo avec les images et non pas seulement le son ? Merci

Why don't I see an update while I have Premiere up on my screen?  I've never had it lock up until the past few days.  I looked up instructions to look for an update by clicking Ctrl+K ? but when I did that nothing happened.  So then I opened task manager  - I attached a print screen.  Does that mean an update is running?  I'm not sure that I ever updated it before.  I thought I would just have to buy the next version.Thank you,Sharon

I tried to add a .mp4 file from my iphone to Premiere Elements and it said HEVC and HEIF not supported (I'm using a Windows 11 laptop).  So I clicked Learn More and followed a link and paid Microsoft .99 to download a file.   Then I tried it again and got the same results.Then I restarted the laptop and tried it again with the same results.Look - I'm no technology genius.  First I don't understand why I can't add a .mp4 file that I downloaded from the icloud from my iphone.Second, if I did need that Microsoft file I apparently don't know how to make it work.Does anyone have any ideas?  (note:  you will have to speak very loudly and clearly to me  😉(I searched and read a few posts but they were half greek and half not helpful)Thank you,Sharon

Just purchased Adobe Premiere Elements, as soon as I click on Soical Media during the export I get the following error: "Online Services encountered an error.  The service will now be terminated or paused if possible." I can click OK and it still takes me into the Soical Media section to select youtube.

Bonjour à tou(te)s, j'ai un souci inattendu avec Premiere: quand j'insère un fichier MTS dans le montage, il s'insère automatiquement sur toutes les pistes vidéo. Et lorsque j'essaye de l'enlever des pistes où il n'a rien à faire, il disparaît du montage. Des idées ? Merci d'avance. 

I'm using Premier elements 2024. I'm doing a 2-hour long video project with just over 600 clips. Every time I open the project I get an error message saying that there is an file structure inconsistency detected. It does not state any info at all as to what file is causing the inconsistency. My first question is how do I find out which file or files are creating this inconsistency in structure?   [Typo in title edited by moderator]

I am trying to install old version on new computer and getting this error:Driver: PxHIpa64.sys When I click on learn more, this is what I get:You are receiving this message because the Memory Integrity setting in Windows Security is preventing a driver from loading on your deviceI am afraid to turn off the Integrity Setting due to the risk and not really sure how to see if there is a newer driver. Unfortunately I have a very large file that I could not burn to a disk or multiple disks with version 10.  I worked on this about 6 years ago and it has sat ever since.  I want to install the old version so I can bring it up to remember how I created the video and then maybe recreate it in a new version of Elements, but I have to see it first. Does anyone have any ideas? Also, does anyone know if Elements 24 has the ability to burn to a thumb drive?  I couldn't find the answer when trying to research. HP laptop, Windows 11 64 bit Thank you!!

Under export -> devices -> computer -> HD 1080, I can write my video to a file.  Under export -> Disk -> DVD, I only have two SD options.  Where are the HD options?  I did a bluray in the past with another movie before they removed the functionality.  Now I don't have HD.

When will the update be available to correct the bug relating to Green Screen Key? Videomerge does work okay but I want to be able to exert a greater control by using Green Screen Key. All the other keys are working except the Green Screen Key which is the one I want to use! 

I use my LR Classic (f the latest version) for managing and working on my pictures. Inside of LR or exported to JPEG's the images look fine. However, when I go to use the images in Adobe Premier elements 2021, after exporting them from LR they look very grainy and pixelated inside Premier. I see what file formats are supported but I don't see anything about the size requirements. What settings do you recommend to use for exporting pictures from LR that will be used in Premier elements?

Using PE 24 for the first time. Project ready to go but it won't render or upload to ANY destination. In fact the entire screen seems to grey out once I hit the save button and I can't click on anything. What's wrong? As far as I know I'm not doing anything differently to when I had PE 23.

Yesterday it works fine and now it ask to buy or start a trialversion. Why?Can somebody please help?    

I have several different versions of Premiere Elements in my computer (13.0 up to 24.0). Can I delete the previous ones without creating any problems?

Dear Adobe Customer Care,  Sadly, even after the kind interventions of your support members, the import problem remained. After the changes your support members have made, my otherwise perfectly working hardware turned into a slow and woody piece of equipment.After discussing it briefly with your technician, who assured me everything would work just fine now, the issue with Abode Premiere ELements 2024 and my GPU seems to be well known on other forums on the internet.After redoing things back to normal, the pc works fine again, but Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 is yet again disfunctional.Weirdly, the trial version worked just fine, the problems started after purchasing the full version.Since the purchased software is not compatible with my system, I have no other choice then to abandon and request for a refund of my purchase.Looking forward to read your reply with informations on how you will proceed.Sending you a simple e-mail seems near to impossible with the no-reply one di

I have Premiere Elements 2020 and Photo Elements 2020, running in Windows 10. I have created an album of photos and video clips in the Photo Elements Organizer, and I want to create a slideshow in Premiere Elements.When I import the photos and clips, Premiere Elements re-orders them and I lose the sequencing I did in Organizer. Ordering the photos and clips is much easier in Organizer than in Premiere Elements, so I'd like to do that part of the process in Organizer.Is there a way to import album order into Premiere Elements?Thank you.

When we insert text, the text defaults to a symbol set called AIGTD (top font on list), apparently because the default font Caslon Pro 68 is missing.  In the Adjustments Panel > Style Tab, Caslon Pro 68 shows as the default font as expected.  Nevertheless, the Adjustments Panel > Text Tab > Font dropdown does not include Caslon Pro 68 in the font listing. Likewise, we don't find Caslon Pro 68 even listed in our Windows 11 font folder on our desktop.  Interestingly, to the best of our recollection, this issue has persisted through a few upgrades of the Adobe Elements software. Can anyone explain why the Adobe Premiere Elements default font is missing or how to restore the font?  How can we acertain that other fonts included with the software are not missing also?  Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Hello!I have created a video in PRE15 with settings of TV 4K.When I stream to my Philips Android tv the video buffers every few seconds.Should I have used the setting for computer instead of tv? 

HelloI have been using the old adobe premier elements 14 for a long time, suddenly my "crop tool" under applied effects, disappeared!!  I have been using this program since i bought it, and suddenly, after several years of trusty use, the key feature "crop" under "effects", disappeared. I now only have  " hollywood looks, frequently used and video effects, in the drop down menu.  Does anyone know if they just removed the effect suddenly??

I have a 16" macbook pro 2.6 ghz with 16gb memorry and recently downloaded premiere elements 2021. I am running Big sur 11.1. Why is it running so slowly. The response time is very delayed. For example, I will click on a button, and it takes 2-3 seconds for an action to take place. Is this normal? Did I install it incorrectly? I've already tried uninstalling and installing again. iMovie runs so much smoother and I feel as though I wasted my money on this program. Thank you!
