Adobe Premiere Pro não abre

Question

Acabei de assinar o pacote adobe Creative, instalei o Adobe Premiere Pro, mas o programa não abre. Fiz um upgrade no pacote, pois achei mais vantajoso, pois só tinha o Photoshop, mas não estou conseguindo fazer o programa abrir. Clico no ícone e nada acontece.
