Auto Reframe Sequence not working properly and not even centers the subject.

I use the auto reframe seq tool to convert my 16:9 videos to 9:16 for social media posts. But after the recent update adobe pp is taking stange decisions and doesnt follow the subject. every time I have to Reframe offset the video for every cut.
