Clips appear double within 1 frame throughout

Hello,

I'm working on a project where some clips show a double frame with messed up colours for 1 frame throughout. Like it will play normally for 5 seconds and then have a frame like the pic below. I am working with different framerates so maybe that is it? If anyone knows.
