Custom Sequence Folder Gone

Since I've installed Premiere Pro v14.1 I've noticed that all my custom presets are gone. That's annoying but not the end of the world as I don't mind remaking them. However it's not just that my saved presets are gone, but also "Custom" folder itself is completely missing. So when I create my settings and hit "Save Preset" it goes back out to the standard presets and doesn't show what I just made. Where are the presets going when I hit "Save Preset"? Why can't I see and access them and how do I fix this?
