I can't send my work from Premier Pro to Media Encoder.

Hello.
I'm having trouble sending files from Premier Pro to Media Encoder. All my programs are up to date. However, when I click on Send To Media Encoder, the file does not go to Media Encoder. I also unchecked the "Import sequences naively" section in the Preferences tab, it still didn't work. What should I do?

    Reinstall both programs.
