Cannot do any work in Premiere and other adobe apps, mostly need premiere.  No issues with da vinci but prefer pp as using it for over 10 years..  3090, w 10 home, 32 Ram, 11 gen cpu.  Adobe errors messages incorrect about clock issues and other  adobe " errors"  that do not fit reality.  Tech support does not correct any of this.  Need help.

To any Adobe folks on this page, I've been speaking with the poster trying to help with her computer issues. Premiere seems to crash quite often for her, usually at start up. I've got a dmp file created for one of the crashes I'd be happy to send along to see if that sheds light on what is going on.

I will take a look at those links.  The footage  used was a variety of things I have not had issues with before. This all started in April when PP did updates on 2025.  I was using 2023 and 2025 both and had same issues.  No fancy anything, just basics, no plug ins, no mgrts, etc  wav files, various sources, mov, mp4, similar footage, all reliable in previous time frame no issues.  sometimes does this when just launching and trying to set up a test project.  have been using pp since 2011.

We would be happy to help, as that is rough behavior. But not something I'm getting so i can't replicate.

We would need specific data, which CPU specifically in full listing, like a 19500K or whatever. The letters are crucial.

As is the specific media, what is the framesize and framerate, what is the format/codec, and what created it.

Also what effects you use.

Everyone's mileage always varies ...

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
