MOGRT Premier Pro error "File format not supported."

Using the latest update of premiere pro, whenever i add a stock MOGRT file to my library it doesn't appear in the essential graphics , and when i try to add it manually it shows the error "File format not supported."

You import mogrt via the Ess Graphics panel.

Right bottom corner in the browse tab.
