No path type tool in Premiere Pro

When Adobe remove legacy title there will no longer be a path type tool. This is extreamly silly that I can't make curved text in Premiere Pro and would have to go to either AE, PS or Illustrator. It's a step I should not have to do for a simple title. 

Please add this to essential graphics or correct me if it already exists.
