(Photo attached) Noise after importing videos (Iphone 13, HDR, 1080p 60fps recorded)

As you can see in the captured photo, when I import videos to the project,

the videos in source pannel and screen pannel, the video is full of noises.

I tried playing these videos on QuickTime but it played well without any noise like captured photo.

I recorded all these videos with Iphone 13, 1080p 60fps, HDR on.

This kind of noise remains after I export.

Please help me... I've been trying to fix this problem since 3 weeks ago.

I attached my project settings that you guys can refer to.

I am using Windows 11, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, NVIDIA Studio Driver (v.535.98)
