Set to frame size & Scale to frame size not working !

It's not working . I don't know why . I want it full screen . pls help me. Thx very much

Looking at the screenshot its working perfectly.

If you want it full screen as in no black bars you need to scale manually as the image does not match the sequence setting.

Or the image has black bars to begin with.

(difficult to see as I cannot see the screenshots properly).
