Premiere pro 2022 22.5 on Windows. Recent update not allowing me to select or navigate to a specific frame, instead jumping to 5 second time blocks. Is there a setting update needed to be able to search and cut by a specific frame?

How are you navigating per frame? With Arrow keys? What steps are you taking and at one point do you not get the expected result?

Yes - using arrow keys to navigate. It looks like it was an in-between versions issue. When opening an older and a newer project it seems to be working. Thank you for your reply!
