Transcription Edit Bug in Premiere Pro v24.5

I'm editing the transcript for a video, and when I try to change one word into a different word (for the sake of censoring for example) the word that I wanted to change, and the word I changed it to almost seem to infect other lines of text.

I cannot replicate. Here are two other similar issues.
