Turn VR 180 SBS video into a flat 2D video to post on Youtube?

I'm using the new CalfVR VR 180 camera 6K 50fps. How do I convert this footage into a flat 2D video to post on Youtube? I want to simply take the video from one eye/lens and crop the top and bottom, then export as a 1080p video. But have no idea how to do this in Premiere. 

The CalfVR records in equirectangular I think (it's rounded at the edges but not hugely so like a sphere like in fisheye video)

(I want to use the flat video on Youtube as a promo tool for my VR video)
