Unshap/ blurryphotos when exporting in premiere pro

Hey, I have a project in Premiere pro with still-pictures. When I export the project the come out blurry. 

I've tried change the sequence setting
Resolutions on Full
High Quality playback is on
Changed the size of the photos
Changed the format of the photos
Exported with maximum render quality 
Set to frame size 
Exports usually with match source, H264


Please help? I've worked in premiere for years, I never had this problem before, and never not manage to find a solution on something.
