Video Blur Once Export

Hi. I'm a new user in premiere pro. And I record the video using phone and use premiere pro to add one some subtitles. But once I export them to mp4. The video quality get worst compare to the original version ...Can anyone help me with this ?

I want to export this video using the same existing sequence. If I check the match sequence setting, the video export to AVI format, this makes me hard to upload them online. Is there any way I could fix this.
