What does this New CR mean on my timeline clip, i've just noticed it, im sure it wasn't there beforeSmall Screenshot

Hi, I have a Canon C70.And record almost all my work in Log 2. And edit it on my Premiere Beta Version. Never had any problem editing MXF files. Never make any proxy. Since april 2024, my MXF are playing kinda of slow. It plays well, but sometimes it gets slow. Never had his problem before. Really liking the new Pan and Zoom option in the Viewers. I'm using the scroll wheel on my mouse and its very intuitive. Once thing I would love is the option to quickly jump to "Fit" or 100% in the view options. I'd like to be able to quickly zoom in, pan around and then pull back out to a "normal" view without too many extra clicks. Maybe double-clicking the mouse wheel? Or a quick modifier+click. I know I could probably add my own Scale to Fit option in Keyboard Shortcuts but it would be nice to add it in the tool itself.

I'm wondering if it may be possible to set an automatically generated captions track to create two lines of subtitle text instead of just one. Steps I'm following:• I'm using early access to the speech-to-text feature• Navigated to captions window and selected the Captions tab• Clicked "Transcribe sequence" and edited the generated transcription• Selected "Create new caption track" and selected "Subtitle" for format• The generated subtitles are single lines of text (image attached) Single lines of subtitles means that the text displays very briefly on screen, particularly when the captions are for people who speak quickly. Two lines is typically more standard for subtitles, and I'd like the option to do this without having to manually combine two lines at a time and then re-edit the timings for each caption.  In the Captions window or in Premiere settings, I can't find a way to potentially create two lines automatically. Adobe -- If this option doesn't yet

I probably use paste attributes more than most, but curious if it makes sense to give users the ability to quickly select/deselect check boxes in the paste attributes dialog box. I am constantly trying to paste specific attributes and it would be great to quickly deselect all the other properties I don't want to paste. It could work similar to how you toggle on/off track targeting in the timeline by shift-clicking or toggling on/off layer visibility in AE by clicking and dragging up/down.

What are the significance of these lines. A couple of times I've found that they obstructed my ability to visually see a stray single frame clip accidently left over next to a cut point.

There has to be a way to make the file menu bar and subsequent menus match the dark mode appearance theme. It looks so asburd in Windows 98 grey. Even the Beta doesn't have the option? Please tell me I'm just missing it?

In general, the UI colors are not good for quick read of data, the blue theme for buttons was good, the grey thing buttons are not good.1. The colors of the new Dark Theme are too strong, if the black zone could be less dark ?24.5 vs Beta 24.6 b55   2. And why the borders have to be this large and that black ? could it be half size ?3. Its harder to read at a quick glance what changes where made for the sequence menu, the blue colors where nice, the new "grey" theme for buttons and text is not readable 24.5 vs Beta 24.6 b55      

Please add audio clip merging with auto fadein and out like audition already has will be an added advantage, alaso add option of editing whole audio track with multiple clips as it is in timeline to open in audition and return back in premierpro instead of just one piece of clip can be edited in audition.

While we're on the topic of bins, I see this has been discussed before: My recent problem was, I opened a project that hadn't been used for a while, and it had several sequences scattered within several bins, so I was looking for a particular one. I had no way to find the sequence other than to look carefully at the little icon in the corner of a clip in tile view or as the identifier in list view. Took forever, especially since my bifocals can't distinguish those tiny icons easily. In list view, Just put the type icon in a "type" column and allow that to be sorted by clicking the column header.  That will group all the item types together and the sequences would be all grouped where they could be found. In tile view, add "sequence" to the list of  items that can be searched for. And the other older discussions are good to review too.

Wanted to raise the issue that using Enhance Speech, while the ONLY tool in the arsenal that was able to remove some hideous mic/scratching noises caused by equipment from a recent lecture, had an undesired side effect of completely removing the _accents_ from the voices of our non-native English speakers.Some other side effects:1. Made our female speakers sound more demure/wary in tone.2. Made some of our speakers sound robotic.As such, we never used the Enhance speech above 10% in any of our talks except one and that talk is in review by the presenter to get their consent given how drastically it changed their voice.  

I am using:   Adobe Premiere Pro24.5.0 Build 57 or Adobe Premiere Pro(Beta)24.6.0 BETA (Build 47)   Windows 11 Pro Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900K 3.20 GHz 64,0 GB 64-Bit-System   I usually import takes in mts format and it usually works well. Since some time each take only has half of its sound (not in level).The picture "Complete timeline.png" shows, that all takes have a problem but one (read later about that). Picture "Same Take in different formats.png" shows the same take in different formats. One in mts one in mp4 format. Mts misses have of the sound. I have no idea  how to stop that. After creating a project on Beta version, how can I save it to work on normal Pro version?

Esseitial sound is the but essentail graphics is gone?

 1) In the Properties Panel if twirled down secondary groups (second level of hierarchy)2) text fields for naming either in the Production Panel or the Project Panel -- trying to rename anything results in a black box area to type into a new name blindly 

today i have updated premiere pro beta, when i open old project all motion changes i have made are gone. I have also checked on autosaved projects also, in all projects all the changes i have made are gone. 

What channel(s) should I follow to get Announcements about new Beta releases? After Effects and Premiere Pro

I updated to the latest version of Premiere Beta Pro, and it lost all my graphic settings and movements 

 I think this window has been overlooked in the new UI; ever since its window title has been stripped simply leaving it a blank window that cannot be detected by anything else.I have a script that detects when this window appears and instantly hits Enter to dismiss it, with the new UI this script would no longer function and it would simply become impossible to detect. In my personal opinion this window should simply no longer exist, NOTHING else in premiere halts the user like this and on top of that ctrl + z works to undo the removing of keyframes as a user might expect, there's realistically no reason for this window to even still exist to begin with, there are far more destructive things you can do during an edit and premiere will let you do it no questions asked.So honestly I think this window should be completely removed, or if not, at the very least please give it a window title again so it's detectable by scripting software so those of us that just don't want to see i

So I opened a new project in PP Beta 24.6.0 and I wanted to start renaming my tracks.  However, the option is GRAYED out (or for those European peeps it's GREYED out).  Does anyone know how to change or fix this?  It is really handy when I can label different tracks for b-roll, new footage, voiceovers, graphics, text, etc. Any and all answers are greatly appreciated! Randy 

HI. I am writing in text box, a basic text box that has a simple border and 2 color Base/outline layout with a plain font. I'm writeing a pragraph over a video for a caption. a paragraph, not a novel, a pragraph, to display at the front of the video. I have a i7 processor, 3 ghz and a nvidia 4070 ti GPU.Its lagging my computer like I'm building a complex 3d simulation, to write a paragraph of simple text over a video. why? is this a bug? or is it my system? why is it like this?

Is PPro automatically running Auto Color to my clips? What's going on in the Progress Dashboard?
