Installed Beta (V.22) this morning. First time for me.When I preview a video or audio clip in Source Window, I cannot use my Playhead or the timeline, because neither of them are there (images attached). Already restarted Premiere, closed/opened this panel, made it full-screen - nothing is helping.

(it's the first time posting stuff here and my english might be broken sry guys) Hi there.I use the automatic transcription system recently added and that's very helpful. However, When I upgrade these transcribed captions to graphics text on the menu - Graphics and Titles These created captions are all contained inside the text box. The problem is I can't resize the scale of them dragging the text on the preview and the box are rescaled instead. I wanna change the size directly on the screen rather than changing the numbers. Is there any way to get rid of the box or make it fixed? Thank you.

There are unmapped keyboard shortcuts for "Split caption segment under CTI" and "Merge selected caption segments." When mapped, they do nothing. I had previously added "Edit selected caption text," which operates correctly.   Methods that work as expected include the Split caption and Merge captions buttons in the Text Panel, and the razor tool and Ctrl+K (with the Caption Track targeted).   Note: I did find menu equivalents for some of the commands that have keyboard shortcuts under Sequence -> Captions. There are several commands there. But these are not in the list. Should they be?   Steps to reproduce:1. Map the two commands above to Ctrl+Alt+Y (Split) and Ctrl+Alt+U (Merge) (Yes, remember to click OK.) 2. Place the CTI in the desired location; press Ctrl+Alt+Y. 3. Select two adjacent captions; press Ctrl+Alt+U. Result: Nothing happens. Expected: The caption under the CTI should split; the two captions selected should merge.System infoApplication: P

Hello, So I the Qt Gamme Conpensation LUT has worked for me before with my Intel 5 2019 macbook pro. But when i tried to use the LUT on the Beta version for the M1 chips, it didn't work and would just turn my premiere screen blank. Is there a fix for this?

I can not save export Presets in the new update (Premiere Pro 15.4.0 Beta Build 40) it won't open a window where I can type in the Name of the export preset to save it. Thanks

Hi, Thank you for all the improvements. Just one thing I've noticed. When I'm editing in Muticamera view - the timeline will not save edits after closing.

I am having issues with keyframes disappearing in both text layers and audio layers.  After re opening a project, the keyframes in a text layer do not show up in the effects tab.  When i try to re-add the keyframe, the old ones re-appear and become active again.  Within an audio layer, the keyframes for an audio dip are still showing but are all reset to default and somehow linked so that they can not be individually altered.  I have to delete and re-add the keyframes.  These issues have started since the last update prior to the most recent as of 6/21/23.

I am on the beta version of Premiere Pro 23.4.0 Build 48, and I've noticed a slight change that I don't particularly like. For me personally, I like to import a lot of music from a singular folder using the Media Browser window for my videos. However, within this beta build, it automatically switches to the Project window each time I drag-n-drop a file into the timeline/sequence. This can become tedious when wanting to import multiple files. My question would be: How may I stop this from happening and what setting can I find to go back to the old way?

After saving and, later, reopening project, all Motion Setting, such as Position, Scale, Opacity, where missing. Has this been a reported problem with the Beta version, or should I worry about my computer? Thank you

We have improved Decode performance on Intel  Windows machine for H264 and HEVC.  You should see improved playback, seek and scrub performance on Beta builds. Reverse playback performance is also improved.   Make sure HW preference to enable this feature is enabled. It is supposed to be enabled by default. Steps to enable Hardware-accelerated Decoding: Navigate to Preferences > Media  Select Enable hardware accelerated decoding (requires restart) Restart Adobe Premiere Pro   Refer to this page for Intel HW decode system requirement. https://helpx.adobe.com/in/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html#hardware-acceleration-system-requirements   Please try out and let us know how it is working on latest Beta builds.   Thanks Brajesh

there are problems while exporting videos , like it ignores in/ out work area and render whole sequence , render without captions

Importing SRT with number on a second (or more) line imports the caption line before the number and no more of the file. A  number as the only caption line imports correctly.   For example, this srt imports only one caption with the single line "File 01 Caption 01".       1 00:00:05,042 --> 00:00:07,042 File 01 Caption 01 369 2 00:00:12,000 --> 00:00:14,000 File 01 Caption 02     This was discovered in Release version 23.4.0. bug report: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-bugs/srt-captions-not-filling-timeline-track/idi-p/13843628   It is also present in PR2022.6.4 and this Beta. This occures on clips / in timelines that have both transcripts and captions on them and seems to be an issue for a few itterations of the beta now. I've had instances where i've had to wait a minute or two for the insert to take place.This translates to sluggish timeline response time and slow very sluggish edit response times.  to clarify - the action is as follow.I have a 'stacked' or dalies timeline loaded into my source monitor with sync'd multiclips inside it. The audio on the multiclips have been transcribed and we have had to add captions into our stacked timeline corrusponding with our multiclips (as the interviews are in a different language and transcripts don't do translations yet ( **Feature request** ) I've also had issues when the captions are on where the video from my video tracks doesn't show up and all i get is a black screen. this tends to get resolved when I toggle the track output off and on again (or sometimes go into the multiclip to do it) W

Just tried to use this feature, but after analysing, nothing happening. No cuts, no binswin11, i9, Nvidia 4090

If I ripple edit a section out of my sequence, then click in the time ruler to return to just before the edit, the cursor moves out to the end of my sequence somewhere. Happens three times in the attached screen recording. [Edit: this is related to having an active search term in the text panel]

Hey Everyone, In recent beta builds (14.3.0 and newer) we've added support for Apple's Afterburner accelerator card which is an optional component available for 2019 Mac Pro systems. Currently we support decode acceleration of ProRes 4444 and 422 codecs using the Afterburner card. I am seeing the RAM usage go up to 99%. Ignores Prefs>Memory setting to reserve RAM for other apps. After a while it freezes. Seen this on 23.4 and 23.5(Beta) Big production, 40 projects, 20,000 files across local SSD drives.Happens either when I transcribe a bunch of files or where it is making a large number of peak files. Hi all,    In the latest beta of Premiere Pro (v23.5, build 31), we have added GPU acceleration for RED's R3D raw format on Windows. (GPU acceleration is already shipping for macOS.) GPU support works for AMD, Intel, and Nvidia GPUs that have 6 GB or more of RAM.    If you use R3D format in Premiere Pro, we'd love to get your feedback on this update.    Thanks, Fergus

Where is the toggle proxies button?

I have several legacy projects with media stored on a server. The files were moved on the server and now I have to re-link them to edit the projects. But when I go to re-link the media, I cannot navigate to the server to find the new location. Network drives show nothing, and entering the servername in the search URL shows it can't be found.  I have to copy the files to the local machine to re-link them. This is the most amazing feature I have ever use!Still some imprecisions detecting words, but definetely this is the next and state-of-art improvement in the video editing field. Congratulations Adobe team!

My dog has a black and white face, after editing and export the whites are blown out while being played on Quicktime but look fine on Premier Pro. Any suggestions?
