Questions

I want to make arrangements in Ipad Rush application with ready-made templates that I downloaded from stock sites such as Envato. It will be great for me to use on travels rather than my computer. For this, the latest versions of Premiere Pro and Premiere Rush applications are available on my computer. But when trying to load .mogrt files I get an error like "Could not load your library".How can I achieve this?

Hello,   I was almost finished editing a video in Premier Rush, put the laptop away for a bit, and when I reopened it the audio was completely distorted. It concerns only the audio track that's locked to the video (the intro song works fine). It plays fragments that I have cut out, in slow motion. The track looks fine, the visual still corresponds to original audio and to the talking in the video but you just hear something else entirely. I cannot figure out what went wrong.   I have found another question about the exact same problem, they added a video so you can see/hear it: https://forums.adobe.com/message/10742142#10742142. This question was from last year and has not been answered, which is why I started a new discussion. This is a work project I have spent a lot of time on already. I really hope the video expert (who is mentioned in Adobe's twitter response) can help recover the original audio so I don't have to do it all over again.   Kind regards

When I open app it allows me to load from media but I'm unable to edit anything or complete past projects 

Adobe premeire rush version 2.0.0 (Build830)Dell Inspiron 15-5578 Intel Core i5-7200U @2.5GHz 64 bit operating systemI can access, edit and work on my project, but any time I hit share, whether from the main screen or by going to file>share, my rush freezes, and I end up needing to force quit. I read another similar post recommending I update rush, so I did that, but I'm still getting the same error. Hard restart on my computer. And the issue persisted. Any suggestions? 

I worked in Adobe Rush, in my phone, samsung s22 ultra 412Gb and I ended up with a very nice result.Went to export to 4k, and it says I had to upgrade.. BUT MY ACCOUNT SUBSCRIPITION IS OK AND DUE ONLY IN AUGUST 2023!!!I couldn't get it to work, so I rechecked logins at playstore and logged out from Rush.When I logged in again.. my project disappeared!!!!Are you kidding me????HOURS OF WORK LOST!!!!HATE YOU GUYS!!!

I wanted to upload a quick video i took on my phone to my facebook home page.  In rush their is a feature to upload to FB but it only allows you to post to pages you create not your actual own personal facebook page.  Can someone please fix this - very frustrating. I have now spent 4 hours with adobe chat updating the Rush App, Creative Cloud app and the ipad.  I have signed out of all adobe accounts and re signed in.  I still can not import my Sony a7siii video files.

Hi folks,Noise cancellation option is not working properly, if i enable that option some glitches are hered.. if i disabled it was quite fine.. any other way for Reducing noise and echo?? Bcoz i asked help several times here but didn't get any response 

Please and update to allow the app type in arabic fonts when needed. 

I am SO frustrated that everytime I try to crop or change effects the system freezes. I just installed it yesterday and can't understand what the issue is. Can anyone help?

I've not been able to use animated titles in my timeline - the clips/stills will preview fine, but the screen goes black as soon as it hits the title in the timeline. This was confirmed when I tried to render; the error occurs right when the title should appear in the video. The rendering effect is AE.ADBE Text in the screenshot below. I've uninstalled/reinstalled; tried using previous version; logged out/into Creative Cloud; and reset preferences. Nothing is working. Dell Precision 7550, less than a year old. No issues in other graphics programs.Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10885H CPU @ 2.40GHz   2.40 GHzInstalled RAM    64.0 GBGraphics card Nvidia Quadro 3000

...since it crashes every 30 minutes? Automation I mean, perhaps too demanding a feature request.  Crossfades will not even work on my iPad Pro 6th gen. Just greyed out. Boo f***king hoo. Wonderful convenience when it works, but automating the opacity for my logo would look muchbetter (since my big fat name is an acquired taste as it is). 

I've tried several projects with multiple clips that total to greater than 30-40 mins. The export completes successfully, but the output file has an error in that it plays fine up to the 20 min mark and then video hangs while audio continues. I don't have this problem as long as the exported video is less than 20 minutes. Using latest version on Android 10 Samsung S20.

I've been at it for 2 hours or so, nearing finalized project but now I am no longer able to open the project. It just gives me this blank screen. I'd really very much like to retrieve this project

I edited a number of clips on my phone on premier rush (paid version)I have them on sync to the cloud.I then have been trying to open them for the last 24 hours on premier rush on my laptop. But all the video clips come up as red boxes saying they our unable to find the clip.I click on Connect and Find; but I can not find or connect the clips as they are all stored on my phone not on my laptop.Is there anything I can do?Any help is apreacited .Ben

Trying to use for the first time Adobe rush on samsung s 22 and it would keep on saying that the version is not compatible with the device..Anyone any suggestions on why is that and how to proceed? In the system requirements on Adobe site it's mentioned that it should work on S21, can't see why it wouldn't on S22... 

Followed all previous instructions to get this to work, all to no avail.Running MAC iOS 13.0.1 (22A400) on 2020 MacBook Pro M1Loaded fine with new user account but still nada with other user account.  I do not want to switch users every time I need to work on a project.  Plus all files needed are with other user account.  Do not want to set up an entire new user account just for this ADOBE issue?  Please someone HELP FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

Projects I created on Premium Rush Mobile are uplading to Creative Cloud, but none of these projects are sync'ing with the Premium Rush on my Desktop.  Also, I've created projects on Premium Rush on my Desktop, but when I try to activate sync for the project by clicking the 3 dots and then the "Turn on Sync" option I only see a "Learn More" blue button and Back button.  Please help.  Thanks, John

Hello Adobe soft dev team,  is there any chance you could add a DIRECT EXPORT TO TELEGRAM function in Premiere rush? I edit social media content in the phone app a lot and it'd be v handy to be able to share files with the team right away without quitting the app.  Thanks! 

I record simple short clip with iPhone 12mini/13mini/14 and simple edit in Rush and export and....almost every time had at least few frames with glitches. I have been using Rush since about year and always have updates to the newest iOS and Rush. Problem still occur.Since month...i have subsribed to payment version of Rush wrrrrrr.. Adobe - when you fix this problem?
