HI i've been trying to cancel the this adobe software for months, i keep getting a message saying its going to cost me more money to cancel it. I've tried several times to use Rush but it simply won't run, I just get a blank black box, no error messages, nothing. MacBook Pro OS Ventura 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7, Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 I'd like to get my money back as I haven't got anywhere with this software but I can't find who to talk to 

Hallo,Ich have neuerdings ein Problem das mir eine Datei, welche ich gerne bearbeiten wollen würde nicht in Rush Angezeigt wird. Es handelt sich um eine MKV-Datei die 4,96GB groß ist, in 60fps aufgenommen wurde und von einer OBS Aufnahme stammt. Bisher hatte ich bei anderen OBS Aufnahmen nie Probleme. Wenn ich ein neues Projekt anfertigen möchte werden mir alle anderen Videos im Ortner, in dem sich auch die Problemdatei befindet, Angezeigt nur eben diese eine nicht. Arbeiten tue ich auf einem Medion PC mit Windows 11. Mache ich etwas falsch und gibt es irgendeine Lösung hierfür? Ich hatte schon Probiert die Datei über rechtsklick direkt über Premiere zu öffnen was aber leider keinen Erfolg zeigte. Mfg

The Premiere Rush app is cutting off the top and bottom of my videos because the iPhone 11 Pro has a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and Rush is cutting it to 16:9. This is a problem because when I upload video back online, they are being stretched so that the edges are cut off. Is there a way to maintain the original video size when editing in Rush?

Bonjour, J'ai efféctuée un montage video pour mon examen de fin d'année sur Première Rush dans lequel j'ai inséré un enregistrement d'écran effectuée avec QuickTime de mon site en version desktop, quand je lance l'apperçu tout apparaît très bien mais lorsque je lance l'enregistrement en locale la partie de l'enregistrement vidéo bug. J'ai également éffectuée un enregistrement de la version mobile avec mon Iphone et celle ci ne présente aucun bug. D'ou peut provenir ce bug? Merci 

Any thoughts on how to find a project that you had been working on in Rush?This last upgrade has really been challenging with all the bugs and crashes while editing and rendering.

I'm trying to add photos to rush but rush says it's not supported. It's still a jpeg photo. I can adjust via photoshop but that's a lot of work if you want to add a lot of photos. Who can help me with why adobe rush does not accept my samsung a32 mobile photos.

"Cloud storage full" message displayed (111,9% of 100 GB) on my iPad, although all projects and files have been deleted, files in the bin included.Tried to logout/login, opened the desktop application of creative cloud on my laptop to check for any files left behind, stopped and resumed cloud synchronisation, still couldn't solve the problem...Any ideas?Thank you.

Video exports are glitchy on Android 13 pixel 7 pro. Every few frames the video frame glitches multiple pixels over from center and then an orange frame is inserted. Completely unusable on mobile. 

I have a paid Premium subscription to Rush and are using the Android app on a phone and a tablet. Syncing to cloud works fine on these two (2) Android apps. My project and files does not sync neither to nor from the Windows desktop app. When trying to enable sync in the desktop app I get the (annoying) error message: <errro>Premium Feature: Project Syncing. Sync your projects and edit wherever you are, on any device.</error> I am logged in with the account with the Premium subscription attached to. I have tried re-installing Rush for Windows, but to no avail.

Hi everyone, I am a new user of this software.  I am trying to export to Youtube, and also to my Desktop. The video to YouTube is coming out all pixelated.  And the download to my desktop is registering 0 bytes (ie - nothing downloaded).   I actually was able to get the video to download to my desktop once - but realized that the video was in a square aspect ratio.  I changed to 16:9.  Could that possibly be the issue somehow?   Any thoughts as to what I am doing wrong?

I am importing many GB of movies to Premiere Rush and trim them heavily. Where are all these files stored? In the cloud towards my online qouta?If I have a 1h movie and trim away 50 minutes, will it only save 10 minutes of the original file or is the whole one saved?Can I donwload the full orginal movie from Adobe / Rush somehow?Can I delete my original files on my computer without affecting the proejct in Premiere Rush? Hope you understand what I am asking and that you can shed some lights on this for me. Thanks!

Once downloaded on my MacBook, I am unable to delete the video from my "device only".As you see, there is only an option "delete everywhere". The problem has appeared since version v2.6.Can anybody help?  

Whenever I am fastforwarding the preview, the video always returns to the beginning frame of the clip and freezes there while the audio continues. This makes it a little hard to scan videos for content.

I saw in a previous (and now locked ) thread asking about where the Premiere Rush project file is stored that; an adobe expert stated that Premiere Rush does not store the project data in a project file, per se.That it is stored in a database.Okay, can someone provide either the database file extensionI will assume that the database would contain all of the projects that have been created since that would be the point of a database versus a file, right?Where the database is stored?And how one can set the default location of the database. This would allow two valuable events to transpire1. The user could back up the database for safeKeeping 2. The user could insure that the database (which will grow as one does more projects ) has ample space for said growth. A final question, is the database itself size, project, or age limited? I.E.  if the user do not delete a project, what would remove that project from the databaseThanks 

I see that this question was asked before with no real answerSo I am asking again.I worked on a proejct for several days and then publisehed the proejct. All is wellHowever,  when I go back to find the proejct for update I cannot find it Premiere Rush shows no inkling that the proejct ever existed. Simply stating, "create a new proejct". This cannot be correct?!?Even cheap software shows and allows access to what you have doen before. I am willing to assume I have done something wrong but.....Please tell me what?

I have Premier Rush, Version 2.5 (1128) on my iPadOS 15.6.1  I've been working on a project for 4 hours, closed the program, opened it up a couple hours later and when I click on the project it is say "unable to open project". I would appreciate some help please.

I can't seem to add any media to my Rush projects. It was working a week ago but now when I go to add a new piece of media, nothing is showing up. I checked the forums and the internet for troubleshooting but all I found was people accidentally had their filtering turned on. I have my filter set to "All media types" (see screenshot). So what's going on?

Bonjour,  Je débute tout juste sur Premiere Rush. Je souhaiterai me filmer et avec ma main tirer ou pousser l'écran afin de faire appraitre ou disparaitre une slide. Un peu comme si je tirai un rideau et que du texte etait inscrit sur ce rideau.  Pouvez-vous me dire si il est possible de faire cela sur Premiere rush et si oui comment SVP?Merci d'avance la communauté! 

Hello, i recently downloaded premier rush and when i go to edit a video it turns green & purple, can you help? My specs:

The file is there, the image is there, but when I click to open on the PC, it can't locate the file. Box appears with Link Media / Missing media for these clips. It's a mov image which the search can't find. But in the sequence timeline the movie appears in red with the correct duration. I've tried searching in Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/15.0/Converted Rush Projects, where I can find the purple .prproj file by the same name, but that's all there is. When I looked under Creative Cloud Files/Adobe/Assets/ there were lots of very long randomised folders for past projects, but my new one didn't appear there. I note that PP has just moved to 2021. Thanks for your help. If I can't get this to work, having Rush is useless to me and I will have to delete it.

Hi, I'm using Première Rush 2.5 on a IPAD 9th Generation on IOS 15.4, I also use a Smart Keyboard from Apple (French).When I'm using the arrow from the keyboard, the shortcut doesn't work. (Every arrow UP/Down/Right/Left)When I press the "Apple" button from my Keyboard, I can see every Shortcut available, and I can touch on the shortcut whitch works well. Is there a solution to solve this probleme on the keyboard shortcut ?Whitch is very useful by the way Thanks you
