Hello! When I add images over my videos the image quality gets super bad and blurry.The resolution of my image is the same as the on my video and preview quality is set on "high".When I render the video the quality stays the same. This is the only video with this problem. Can anybody tell what causes my bad image/video quality?Thanks! 

Does anyone know the reason why Rush is not compatible with Note10 lite? In terms of hardware and software I can't see whats the essential part thats missing. Are there plans to release an updated rush to fix this compatibility?

Hello,I am suddenly finding that ALL of my clips (mp4s from a GoPro) are not recognized by the application. This includes clips that I have previously imported and edited into videos. When i (for example) try to create a new project and navigate to the external drive where my media is stored, the clip names and locations are there, but the application displays a red screen without an exclamation point instead of a thumbnail. When I select the file, it loads into a timeline as audio only. These video files are not corrupted -- they import into Premiere Pro just fine, play in preview andon other video apps, etc. What the heck is going on? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application, and i've tried previous versions, I've restarted, logged out and logged back in, etc., and I am extremely frustrated.

 I have purchased Creative Cloud via a webbrowser, and installation on pc works fine. But there is a pop-up on my iphone with "buy Premium", so creative cloud app on my iphone does not remove this.@11075446 to do?Tried to find some post and also followed the below guide, but nothing helps.https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

Hello! How do I get Rush to show all of the folders and files that are in my Dropbox account? Currently, it only shows a small selection of folders and files. 

I've paid for premium rush but when I'm on the app it says that I don't have it and doesn't let me use the premium features. Then if I try purchase the premium version it says I already have it but doesn't let me do anything. Someone help!!?

I can see the setting, but the switch is not able to be switched. It's wierd. Could it be that I have to purchace the program? Im currently on the free trial. 

I mainly use PR to make videos of my beats for YouTube. Whenever I import a beat from my computer into PR it completely ruins the beat and even sometimes will play a completely different one. I do not know how to fix it and it really hinders my progress on uploading. If anyone can reach out with answers it'll be very appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, it's really annoying changing the clip duration one at a time ... neither I can figure out why the hell do I have to do so? why not changing the duration of static images all at once? is there someone who can reply to this question?

I'm just getting started in Premiere Rush.  I'm trying to figure out if I am able to bring in my own graphics.  Like a business name, etc?  Is that possible?  

In the project I'm currently working on I have a file in the audio field & a couple transitions in the graphics field. When I try to add photos or video to the image field they are only importing to the front of the timeline. When I try to move a photo into the proper spot on the timeline it "snaps" back to the front. Anything I try to add automatically goes to the front & stays there. Anyone know how to fix this? 

Despite having 250GB of storage free, Rush WILL NOT export and says I have no storage available... it seems like this has been an issue since 2020 and it is still persisting, has there been any fix?? 

While editing my video, if the video is paused the picture is very clear, however when its playing the quality goes so down to the point where its not watchable

Hi all, Firstly, for some reason (don't know what?) but I can't see any topic posts in this forum and I had issues trying to hit 'Reply' to posts I found Googling 'can't drag clips in Rush' which brought me to Adobe Forums. Anyways, I have a new iMac 24 and just installed Rush today and I love it So much. It's perfect for my use for socials etc instead of launching PP. I can Select multiple clips on timelines but every time I drag them to the right, they snap back to the left where they were? I have checked all timelines and none are locked so have no idea why this is happening?Advice appreciated. And if anyone reads this and has info why I can't seem to reply to other posts on forums, wld love to hear that too.  PS: As I type this, I tried to 'Preview' the post too and nothing is happening?? Hello, i am having issues exporting a video direct from premier rush. it comes up straight away with error code 3. Is this to do with free disck space? i dont have much left of disck space however i am exporting direclty to Youtube. when exporting to youtube do i still need the free disck space? 

Hi All I was running out of storage space, so I relocated some of the uncut footage from my laptop to another computer. I didn't think I touched the media for my current project, but turns out I did. I immediately put the video files back to their location, however, now every time I open the project, I'm left with a blank black screen. It's not loading any part of the project or any editing screens.  HELP! I've spent HOURS on this project. *cries*

I see othe s21 phones support rush but not the FE.  When will I be able to install this app on my phone?  I would have bought something else.

Two days ago I got an update for Premiere Rush on my Google Pixel 6 Pro. The update stopped with an error and now the app is no longer available for my device.What's going wrong? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the app?

TECH ERROR ADVICE NEEDED: I shoot and edit my videos on iPhone 12 Pro Max. OS: 15.6.1 using Adobe Rush to edit. Every movie I make I get these weird jitters that just come up outta nowhere. The play head suddenly pixelates the frame to another point in the timeline then comes back again! This ends up in the final exported edit. Is anyone else aware of this issue or whether there is a fix or setting I should implement? Thanks. Mark

The opening artwork hangs, no lagging or freezing, simply hangs and would stay for hours if I don't force stop the program.  No matter how long I wait, the program doesn't open any further than the opening artwork.  Windows 11.

HiEvery time I click to share a project Rush crashes and I need to start it again.
