Questions

I recently made a video project in Adobe Rush (trial version). Today I then decided it was time for me to activate the software by paying for the full edition of Rush together with Adobe Premiere Pro. After paying and activating the software, the video project I made in Adobe Rush (trial version) was suddently gone. My project folder is completely empty and I can´t seem to be able to recover it anywhere. Can anyone please help?

The GoPro10 clips of several timelapse taken last week were added into a project. After rendering the timelaps section of the rendered video is choppy. Is there a setting or is this an Adobe having to catch up with a new camera? 

So with my experience I've found using a go pro hero 7 that you cannot cut clips in go pro app then export to iPhone camera roll and import to rush.. clips will not let you render & kick you out.  secondly when you try and render a lot of times it stops and kick you out like a program fail.. I have to watch which clip it was on then go back in and delete that clip and bring it back in to redo because for some reason it doesn't like something.. maybe a screen zoom change or a split screen view .. I have no Idea but it's driving me nuts..    help    I use a go pro hero 7 for video, then bring full clip into iPhone 8 camera roll then import to adobe rush to edit.. then render.. my iPhone has lots of availability for storage 20G free, full battery, only a 10min video..    those are my issues.. how do I stop this from happening all the time?    Title edited by mod

This has happened several times where the voice over data will disappear and will be replaced with a red box and no audio. 

I have After Effects and premiere Pro on my laptop, so I am able to create MOGRTs which I can use in Premiere. Is there any way I can use these templates with Rush on Android or IPad?It would be super handy if I could import my templates to mobile Rush.

Hey,Today I imported MOV clips from my iPhone (HEVC 60fps 1080p) to Premiere RUSH 2.5 on my desktop and the files aren't correctly identified in the app, no preview and only the sound is playing when in the app.It was working fine a few days ago so it is really weird - if I try to import clips I worked with at the time, today they are not "seen" correctly. The macbook is up to date, Adobe apps too. So weird it was fine a few days ago. thanks! 

Adobe, when can we expect Rush & Photoshop Camara support for the Pixel 4a & Pixel 5?!

When I open Rush, it always gets stuck at the loading screen. I've already had this problem, but last time I managed to fix it. Does anyone know how to fix it?(The requirements I have and normal things like delete, restart and log out and in, I've already done)

I have a consistent issue where footage from my main camera (shooting at 1080 x1920) zooms in when mixed with footage from my GoPro (shooting at 2160 x 3840). I can't find a way to get my main camera footage back to it's original aspect ratio. 

When will Adobe Premiere Rush be compatible on S22/S22+/S22Ultra?

Hi, I've edited a video what's still unfinished and I want to share this unfinished project to my friend, that they can continue editing in Premiere Rush. I doubt that my Premiere Rush isn't syncing files correctly to Creative Cloud, because when I go to Creative Cloud Files, there is only the original video clips, that I added to project – and the whole unfinished project itself isn't there? So my main questions are:How can I share this whole unfinished Premiere Rush video project to my friend, that they can continue editing it? Thank you!!   

The list of compatible devices has not altered or been added to much, if at all, since Rush launched on Android. Most of the compatible devices are a few generations old.The typical Rush user is likely the type who keeps there devices for no more than a generation or two before upgrading. I wonder, does Adobe have any intention to provide access for android users in the long term?My instinct tells me a tablet as significant as the Galaxy Tab S8/S8+/S8 Ultra would have been added to the list of compatabilty by now, if Adobe does indeed intend to provide ongoing support. Anyone care to enlighten? Queue the response sharing a link to a list of compatible devices.....

Hi, when I export a videofile from Rush Windows 10-version this is the result below. Original file from camera is 3840x2160 90kbit/s 60fps 461Mb. This is the exported results from Rush. Hi Adobe, all, can we please get custom bitrate settings when we export video? My source video is 4k@60fps@150Mbit. At the highest export setting the Android app tops out at 4k@60fps@60Mbit. Windows Desktop version is a bit better at 4k@60fps@112Mbit. Even the really inferior (when it comes to User Interface) GoPro Quik app manages to do 4k@60fps@95Mbit on my Android and it even supports h.265.  I really want to use Premiere Rush, because I like its user interface, but with the existing export settings I already loose substantial quality even before uploading it to YouTube. That's not acceptable for me. Please enable/support custom bitrates and you will have a winner here 🙂 Many thanks and all the best,Michael

Like other Rush posters I can see in terms of urgency, my project was due yesterday but I'm stuck on malfunctioning rendering. I've literally spent hours, each time emptying cache, quitting Rush, then restarting holding alt key (Windows) to clear preferences. It's still hit and miss, especially as I want to continue making minor tweaks. I have a complex video (for Rush) with 4 video tracks and three audio. I changed audio by shifting clips around so I used only two tracks. But the problem persists. On export, one of my audio tracks is missing. This is a disaster! If I go through the steps of clearing the cache and preferences, it's then hit or miss whether both tracks will export. The audio consists of 1 music track composed of two long clips (was two tracks, as originally I had some overlapping, but I amalgamated them into one, in case Rush was not coping) and 1 track composed of multiple consecutive recorded speech clips. Premiere Rush version 1.5.50 Process:1. Launch Premiere Rush2. Do some cut and paste, rotate, blah blah.3. Finished editing, move to 'Share'4. Select 'Youtube' only, and choose 'Export'5. Rush starts to render the video... for a while. It says about 8~14min remaining...6. and it suddenly stops, at any point.7. I can cancel the rendering and restart, then it does not start rendering this time.8. I cannot even shut down Rush after this point. I can only force-shutdown via task manager, by killing the process on 'details' tab.(it doesn't even kill the process sometimes, saying "Access Denied" instead.)

My media for a project I had previously crreated in my a SD card.  How do I now move the media of a project to the cloud or another folder location?

I have 2 channels on my You Tube account.  I have not found a setting that allows me to select which channel I want the video to go into.  It seems random.

Is anyone know how to fix this.Thank you.

Tengo lo proyectos de Adober Rush sincronizados en la nube. Mi ordenador se quedó sin espacio y borré la carpeta donde tenía todos los vídeos e imágenes de un proyecto finalizado. Al entrar de nuevo al proyecto en Adobe Rush veo todos los vídeos en rojo con una admiración diciendo que no está el fuente. Los archivos han sido borrados definitivamente sin poder recuperarlos de la papelera. ¿Hay alguna forma de recuperarlos? ¿En qué consiste la sincronización en la nube si realmente el maestro tira de archivos locales? Muchas gracias por su ayuda

I'm an adjunct professor at Sacramento State teaching multimedia storytelling. Because we don't have access to our computer labs this semester, California State University has paid for Adobe enterprise licenses for all of my students. I've been preaching to them to make sure they keep Premiere Rush updated to access new features, like pan and zoom. I routinely assign them projects with specific graphics templates, i.e. Bold Live Overlay and Shadow 3-Line Left. After the 1.5.38 update those templates are gone! We are left with nine templates; none of them useful for journalists. We're working on final projects right now without access to our familiar titles. What happened? Please help!

I've made a sequence of mixed photos and videos shot with GoPro, mainly at 2.7k 30fps. Plenty of transitions, colour adjustments, text additions, speed increases and added audio.Have tried everything I can think off to successfully export the video but it fails everytime with the message " an error occurred, please try again". So frustrating, just paid £40 for the licence!I'm using a Sony Xperia 1 II, loads of free memory. Latest version of Ru. It's only an 8 minute sequence, 500mb if it ever manages to export. Have tried splitting it, exporting at all available qualities, removing and adding permissions. Please help! 

Out of nowhere, rush refuses to render my project. Sometimes it stops after a few seconds, then it doesn't start at all. I can cancel the render, but then Rush crashes entirely and I have to force quit the app.I have tried EVERYTHING in the forums. From redownloading adobe creative cloud entirely, resetting to previous versions, deleting titles, empty cache, sync and export on premiere pro (but also there it crashes), lock all tracks, export in low quality, ...I thought it might have been the videos I used, but even after creating an entire new project with just 1 picture/video of 10 seconds, it still won't render.Is there anything in 2022 that might work in order to fix this issue?The laptop is fairly new and definitely strong enough.

Way do some of the clip change in colour when I export the vidio?
