Hey everyone, I work for marketing in the event industry. I constantly have to cut up live footage to make video ads. I love adobe rush cause most of my ad work is on social media. However, I don't see a way to implement my formula easily -- is there a way to create templates? Also, is there a way to build after effect like templates or templates with code -- such as creating my own graphics or overlays and adding it to the built-in menus in Rush. Appreciate any workflow tips for those who have to make a bunch of videos a week to a formula.

Can somebody please help me with this issue? I have not touched any settings on my audio on my edited video. There's no sound.
hello all, For some reason when I go to trim a clip in Rush specifically on my mobile phone I can click/hold and drag the orange bar at the end of a clip to adjust the end of it but for some reason I can't get it to shorten the front end of the clip using the orange bars. Any help would be appreciated.
Hey everyone! Just couple days ago I change my phone (iPhone13 pro). and got newest version of Premiere Rush. From that moment I start to have issues with quality (color wanishes). It's happening when I edit original video (zoom, slow down etc.). After export, all parts which was zoomed or slowed down are in disgusting colors. Is this only mine problem or somebody's too? Pls help because I can't stand this quality. GrossBest regards,David

Somehow Adobe Rush (on my iPhone) doesn't reconize my premium account, and i've lost all my previous work. Does anybody have a fix for that?
I have export my work 2 times now and I realize that music is not playing... I tried rebooting my laptop... updating software and it still not playing I am using youtube copyright free music... which I always use for my Adobe Rush projects...and for some reason I am getting no audio... the levels of the music dont even show as there was no music there anyone know how to fix this?

Hi everybody, I've been having an exceedingly difficult time getting my mobile creations to sync from my iPhone to my Creative Cloud. When I have the Premiere Rush app open, all of my files read as synced; this is also reflected in the capacity of my cloud storage. However, when I go to the web (or the CC mobile app), I see zero files in the mobile creations folder. To be clear, I haven't been able to find these synced Premiere Rush files in any CC folder. Does anybody have an idea of what the issue might be here? Everything points to these files being synced to the cloud, I just have yet to actually see them anywhere besides the Premiere Rush app. Thanks for your help!
I tried to use Premiere Rush to edit a very simple video with some voice over. I ended up having to use the Premiere Pro. When I recorded the voice over in Rush, there were extremely noticeable audio artifacts that made the recording useless. I clearly recognized these artifacts as the type when there is a mismatch in sample rate. My XLR microphone is connected to a USB audio interface and the entire audio pipeiline on my PC is set to 48000Hz sample rate. Premiere Rush did not properly support ASIO or adjusting the sample rate. Therefore, it is impossible for me to do voice over in Premiere Rush unless I switch every part of my audio pipeline to 44100Hz. Please allow selection of recording sample rate in Premiere Rush to fix this issue.
So for some reason Premiere Rush will keep saving to my OneDrive folder (in the Creative Cloud Files folder) which is not what I want so I want to change where the CC Files folder goes and how to make Premiere Rush look to the new directory for the videos used.Appreciate the answers in advance!
Premiere Rush desktop won't import video portion of files recorded on GoPro Hero10 in 5.3K. It will only import the audio portion of the track and place as an audio track. If you import the files on Rush Mobile then both the audio and video will import correctly.However, if you look at the file created on desktop and stored in the cloud it will still only have the audio track.Any GoPro file names that begin with GX0.. are recorded in 5.3K. Files that begin with the GH0... will import correctly on desktop and mobile versions.See attached examples of both types of files and screen shots on desktop and mobile.
Hello! I am using Rush Premier iOS app on my iPad. I am not able to add all the clips I need. It says "preparing media" and appears to complete the action but does not add to timeline or assets. Is there a limit to the number of assets you can bring into a timeline? I was able to import 60 - but have way more I'd like to include. Thank you!
I've used two different tracks from Adobe Premiere Rush for a short video and get flagged each time. The message I get says that it was blocked in 71 countries, and that if I don't have the rights to use all the content, I can delete them. I shot the video so the only other thing is the music. I've used Boom Bap Sailing, and then tried Jazz hop summer base & guitar. Please advise.
Hello, can anyone help? Over the past two weeks, my Premiere Rush has been messing up exports massively. It looks fine in the programme and seems the issue occurs when exporting. The image flashes, it has green and pink lines overlayed on the video, it goes negative to normal. A total sh!t show tbh. The issue seems to stop after about 12 minutes of a 1h 10-minute video. I thought it may be due to the original files being on a hard drive, but I have now put them onto the computer and it's still happening. Please see attached images. I'm using Premiere Rush 1.5.34 on a MacBook Air (macOS Big Sur version 11.0.1 - 20B29) - Processor - 1.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5Memory - 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3Graphics - Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB It has been totally fine until about two weeks ago. i have an external USB drive that works fine for Photoshop and Lightroom. i have my lightroom Catalong and all files on the drive.i use windows 11 and all Adobe cloud apps are up to date.Rush it will show the folder on the drive but none of the files or subfolders. Help
Hello, I'm trying to import my Jpeg pictures from PC desktop drive to Rush for a video montage but I get an import file failure with error message "header error".What does that mean? How do I fix it? My pictures work just fine on my PC drive. Please helpThanks
Hi all, I have Rush installed on my Android device as well as my desktop. Both are signed in with the same credentials. Why is it that I have the full (Paid version) - which i did purchace, on my mobile device, but on desktop it still says I need ti upgrade ? Same login credentials used on both devices. I never heard of an upgrade "per device" modal before ? Any idea's ?
Hello,All of my Rush projects are missing after I upgraded to a paid subscription.Where are they and how to I get them back? Additional information:Sync was not enabled. When I tried to enable sync, I received a prompt that this was a "premium feature". I paid for the upgrade so I could enable sync. I made a copy of the entire Rush directory before the upgrade.Is it possible the database with the project info is in there? Please help.
I've made my first rush project but I can't get it to export. I'm exporting 4k footage at 1080p using the match framerate setting. I've also tried exporting at full resolution. When I export, the project renders up to 7%, then it stops (regardless of export resolution) It always stops at this number. When I try rendering a smaller project, it consistently reaches 25% before stopping. My project is only basic cutting with one fade to black. 4k 25fps footage. Any ideas for how to fix this?
Please refund me for this subscription. Rush has not been saving/exporting & this is the second project that I have lost all files! Horrible just horrible, I refuse to pay for this app!
Hi there, I've been using Premiere Rush mobile version to edit my YouTube videos. However, when I add a music clip to the project from my files, it instead plays an off-time duplicated version of the main video audio instead of the music. I have the latest version of the app. I've tried deleting and redownloading the app, deleting and starting a new project, but nothing works and I still have the same issue. Any help would be appreciated!
Adobe's offical support has been absolutely useless with helping me with this. Wasted way too much time going back and forth on chat and the phone repeating myself and getting nowhere. The projects I have created in Adobe Rush on my iPad pro are not showing up in my creative cloud files despite showing that they are synced. I need to continue editing on my Macbook Air in either Rush or Premiere Pro but seem to have no other way of importing them from my iPad. Creative cloud shows has being synced/updated. I have tried all the usuals--quitting the apps, signing in and out, turning sync on and off--all to no avail. Can anyone advise on a solve for this. It's urgent and sooo frustrating. Thank you!
