MAC OS 12.4 Monetery Everytime I import audio from Priemere Rush in clips, it plays fine and then next day, when I open my computer and the project again, the audio files imported from Rush turn all red. Find and connect option doesn't help me identify which clips, requiring me to search and manually add those audio files again. It doesn't happen with clips with external audio which I have imported in my project, only with audios from Rush library. Please help. 

As you can see in the screenshot, Premiere Rush is stuck and will not allow me to make content. When opening it for the first time, I tried following the tutorial but it got stuck in preparing media. I restarted, signed out, signed in, etc. and nothing worked, it is still stuck. Any solutions?

I have had the same problem. I used Rush to create short and one song type videos and it works well for that. When I created a video with about 50 photos and 7 songs, it starts to render and then freezes and I can't even shut down the program. I have to click on the X in the corner several times until windows' shut down message displays. Also there seems to be no way to turn the Sync off. And there seems to be no intructions anywhere that explain how to turn the sync on and off. I read in Adobe that stated Rush was made to create large movies or large videos but that has not been my experience so far. Is there a fix for this?

Premiere Rush keeps freezing when starting up, it's stuck on the splash screen with 'Loading ImporterQuickTime.bundle' showing.It doesn't do this every time but does happen a lot. Force quitting sorts it.Annoying.iMac, OS 10.15.7Rush v1.5.62

My internet went down for a while and when it came back up, pretty much all of my media had an error screen on my slideshow in premiere rush. HOW DO I FIX THIS?!?!

Yesterday I opened the app on my PC and then lots of my project did not show. How can I get the old projects back again?

Hi there,I am using Premiere rush version 1.2.0 on difference devices (both are windows) at work and home. At work, premiere rush works fine where I work on my projects. But when I open premiere rush at home, it shows me all the projects at start but when I click on one of them it shows me the red screen with an exclamtion marks. I have read other members posts regarding the issue and have tried to resolve the problem but nothing helps. I understand from previous posts that RUSH is unable to connect to the cloud files but then my question is if that is the case then why all the project are presented on first screen with the first image (please see below 2 phoots) and the problem only occurs when I click on it. I need URGENT need if anyone can please help.Thanks a bunchSam

Hello, every time I export a video from Adobe Premiere Rush in mp4 format (and save it to local destination/externald hard drive), it exports two files instead: one m4v (which contains the video) and one ADTS (which contains the audio).  How can I export one video which contains both the video and the audio? My export settings are:Preset: AutomaticResolution: 1080p HDFrame Rate: Automatic (29.97)Audio Channels: StereoQuality: High

Hi guys,  I have a problem with creating videos in Adobe Premiere Rush. Everytime I import a video shot on my iPhone 13 Pro, the saturation gets so much more intensive. I add two screenshots from the original video and the situation, as soon as I import it in Adobe Premiere Rush. Can someone help? 🙂 I already googled it, but unfortunately didn't find a solution. Please heeeelp, thank you!! 🙂

When I click on either the left or right ends of the video to then shorten that video (from the start inwards or from the end backwards), the blue cursor thing (bad description) immediately snaps back to the start or end.  At that point I cannot drag the start and ends points of the video to trim it.  This process used to work (somewhat, it was hit or miss), but now it never works.   What is the solution?  

This problem has made Rush useless, just when I need it. I've search here and there and cannot find a solution. Tried turning the microphone off and then on, tried many different configurations. I have a recent, top-level i7 processor, 64 GB RAM and a top-level video card. Also an AudioBox USB.

When I import a video to Adobe Rush the sound wave bar is completely blank. I cannot see the audio waves anymore. Is there a setting to get this back. (When I first installed the app it was working)

Hello! Let me start with some irrelvant information.My PC is a beast. It has the best of the best components and I have never had an issue.I'm running windows 10 again, no issues.The issue is this program: Adobe Rush.... -.-I have 6 projects currently, The "Most important" one WILL NOT OPEN?I have 6 projects, All of which are 10-30 minutes.Nothing is different from the one that wont open to the other 5.Except one thing: I have spent well over 30 hours editing this specific project.I know these fourms are a shot in the dark, but I pay monthly for this service. Its nonsense that I can't get help...The problem:When I click on any projects thumbnail the project opens...When I click on this specific project it goes to a grey screen for 2 seconds then back to the list of project/thumbnails.I tried Duplicating the project and it made a duplicate however there isn't a thumbnail, and when I try to open the duplicate it opens a blank grey screen like the original but I can see the timeline.unabl

I've had this problem for about 2 weeks and everything I tried like uninstalling and reinstalling Rush, closing other programs I have open, shortening videos down to a second and even lowering the resolution as down as it can go have all been unsuccessful. I'm trying to export a clip, all filmed and edited on iPhone 13 pro max. however, in the last part of the clip, the colours come out super faded when I export in 1080p. It's weird because a part right before, which was originally from the same video but just cut, comes out perfectly. I don't have this issue when I export in 720p.  

I cannot upload to my YouTube channel from Adobe Rush even though I am logged in and I can upload from YouTube itself. This is a new computer and it worked on my old one, I just do not know what is different now?It indicates that I am logged in, just no channel.  I checked in Google and Rush has access to my youtube channel 

When I add the pan effect to still images, I get a "shaky" effect, like the transition is not completely smooth. It resembles a hand held camera shaking.  It's there both when I play the video in Rush, after exporting and when seeing the final video on other devices.How can I prevent this shaking?

 Dear Adobe Rush, I have received the following:Error message - please allow Adobe Rush to access your photos in the iOS settings app > privacy > photos( Ok / Settings )ok = cancelsettings =  iOS settings app > privacy > photos There is no option to toggle Adobe Rush to On.there is the option for Adobe photoshop - it is toggled on. Cannot be toggled off. please advise how to toggle Adobe Rush photo access to on. thank you.  

On the Adobe website it says that Rush should be supported to version S21 and later versions.

I have a Google pixel pro and Rush wont install on it. Anywork around please?
