Hello,  I was editing my video just fine until the app glitched out and when I opened it back up my clips were compressed and won't expand for me to edit them. Im not sure what to do.  

Adobe Rush - rendering freezes Rush! Hello, i have the same problem. On two different PC Computers, Windows 10.After starting the export, it works for a few seconds ... then  it stops.I can stop the rendering by click on the button, it switches back.But then i cannont end the program - mostly Rush freezes and windows asked me to wait or stop the task manually.Also switched the hardware acceleration off and on, deleted cache and started several times.This is the situation on a very new pc with intel I5 chip, 500GB SSD and 16GB Ram ... all the rest of different programms, also Adobe, are runing fine. No known issues with any other program. But - my older pc, already working, a Dell All in One model, has the same problem. Identical situation. A short period ago, i was able to render some videos ...So i think, it is a basic issue with the current version of Rush?My workaround is to use my MacBokk - there it works fine.Thanks for your support,

I am trying to create a short video where each photo I imported is displayed for less than 1 second.  Every time I manually select the clip length (lets say 0.4 seconds), Rush immediately reverts that clip to some length over 1 second.  Is there a fix here?  TIA!

I want to speed up my video consisting of 36 stills but the editing panel stays grey (inoperative). I am sure it is something very simple as I am new to Rush. Please assist.

I have created a video using Express Adobe, 19 clips, and also I have used one of their music.  Now I have to add a voice-over to the video, I have already created the voice-over using Voice Maker. How can I add the voice-over to the video created in Express Adobe?I wanted to set the volume of the music low, how can I do it? Thank you for your help! Best regards,Raj 

Every time I select the font I want to use on the graphic then play it back it reverts back to the default selection. Basically it just automatically undoes my font selection. How can I stop this?I'm using the app on an iPhone 12pro and I do t have access to a desktop. Please help 

I am using a MacBook. I had to do a Clean Install. I do have a back-up of my old hard disk, but where do I find the projects files Adobe Rush is using?   greetings Walter   Title edited by mod

So basically I was finish editing my video and I was about to get it uploaded to YouTube but I noticed something on the minutes, which it was supposed to be over 11 minutes but instead it was about under two minutes which i didn't do that so I tried to import it again but it still happened. So I checked the original video and it was over 11 minutes so I'm confused why it cut most of the video in half. Can anyone help me with this?

I have recently subscribed Adobe Premiere Rush Premium because it says if you subscribe premium you can access hundres of Titles, Transition Graphics and Overlays. However, after i subscribed, nothing has changed at all as i can only see 9 basic Titles. I tried signing-out, I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled but its still not working. I can see from my Subscription section in IPhone Settings that my premium subscription is active. Also, it is seen that my subscription is active in the Premiere Rush application. My storage increased from 2GB to 100GB as premium feature promised but nothing more. How can i access these hundreds of Titles as i need different Lower Third options?

B-roll and sound tracks appear perfectly and in sync with the sound in the timeline video. But the timeline video itself drops out to black. I first noticed it after rendering, but when I scrub over the "sequence" file in my assets folder, I see that the drop is occurring there. So the render is properly rendering the sequence. The problem is in the sequence. When I run the video in edit mode, it looks as it should. I am using video shot on my iPhone 13 and editing on  MacBook Pro. I have created several projects without this issue while on the road in Europe (I'm US). This particular project is longer and more complex than my other projects: 10 minutes with ducked sound underneath the timeline video and b-roll over the top of the timeline video. I am having difficulty syncing to creative cloud, perhaps because I am overseas and my enterprise account is hiccuping on that. I have reinstalled Rush. I have ensured all clips are optimized.

I have been using the RUSH app on my iphone (currently iPhone SE) for several years and have had this issue for some time now.  After I exprt videos and view them I see that 2 additional frames have been added at the very end of my videos and it always introduces a click/pop sound on those frames at the end. I have included a video to show the issue. The video should end exactly at 1:00:00 and I am using the disolve effect to fade out both the video and audio.  But when I export it ends at 1:00:02 and adds the click/pop of the audio at the end. My current work around is simply remove the last 15 frames of my video clip with the disolve effect and add a black background photo and have the audio clip muted. This works but it adds time and obviously is a work around and not a fix. I can't surely be the only one experiencing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Note that I have attempted the following to correct the issue but no fix:unistalled and reinstalled the app

Hi. I use Premiere Rush v2.3.0 (Build 832) I use the music from the library for video background music. To ensure the music level is below the voice level, I always use the auto volume and auto duck set to reduced by 87%. The music clip volume  is set at 40. When all is good, I duplicated the musuic clipings a few time to make sure it stays looped until end of my video (since RU didnt have loop music options that I know of). I re-check each music clipings config to ensure it follows the original clipings. In the RU all goes as set up. When I render the video out. The output is frustrating. Only the first music cliping is following the config. The others all annoyingly overule the main voice audio.  Please check the video: https://youtu.be/wBEDsETadhQHow do I fix this?

Hi, could anyone help with this? When altering the speed of a clip in Rush to anything over 115%, it only shows a static image from the beginning of one of the project assets on playback. Adding overlays still works as normal, and just hovering over the affected clip shows up as normal, and I already tried resetting the preferences. Is this just a bug? Is there any way to fix it? Thanks!

HalloIch benutze Premiere Rush auf einem Win 11 PC.Egal welche Video, Bild oder Audiodatei ich verwende. Der Freigabe Dialog wird nicht angezeigt.Auch eine erneute installation hat leider nicht geholfen.Hat jemand eine Idee?DankeGruß Dirk

Facebook claims copyright infringement when I am using music in Rush in my videos.  Every single time.  I have read ON THIS SITE that the music built into Rush is royalty free for Rush subscribers to use.

I just am trying to stitch the long GoPro video I took (it separated it out into 5 files) into 1 continuous file. The preview of the sequence and everything looks fine. Whenever I try to export it to 4k or 1080p, it results in a file that is only 1 byte and doesn't play. it still takes like 20 min to encode. There's not even any effects, i'm not sure what's wrong.

Hi, Pls helpI renewed my subscription last week for RUSH. 1. It won't let me use premium features, says I have to upgrade to a paid subscription, when I tried redoing it it says I'm already subscribed. 2. It says my memory is full, I should upgrade.  I've deleted ALmost all my old projects, I'm still getting the same answer. 3. I tried using my laptop, it keeps taking me to PRO, and asking me yo me. I don't want PRO 4. I don't have anything  stored but it shows 1.9gb🤦🏾‍♀️5. I deleted the app and re-installed , still the same. I can't  attached photos, cos they are too big! I'm getting really frustrated. Please helpproblem

I just purchased a motion graphic template in Adobe stock that was authored/used with Premiere Pro:https://stock.adobe.com/templates/subscribe-social-media-overlay/191700064 Every time I attempt to install it via Adobe Rush. Nothing happens and the install does not take place. Can someone offer some help & insight on this?
