This seems to happen only to a few files -- if I try to import the file, the video imports fine but the sound is slowed way down and the speaker sounds very low -- files ar .mp4. File imports fine into imovie, quicktime player and the sound is fine if the sound file is opened in Amadeus Pro. Program is 1.5.16 build 564 and the Mac is running Mojave 10.14.6. I ended up getting around the problem by taking the sound from amadeus pro, creating an mp3, deleiing the imported sound and then inserting the mp3. I have done this twice now. Most of the time everything works fine

I love adobe and it's products, but I recently switched to a chromebook for financial reasons after my macbook died. Other adobe apps (including the cloud) are available- I only use my account to edit videos, so if it can't be available on the Google Play Store, then I need to switch to another editing software.

Video color changes when I download my video from Premiere Rush. I attached two screenshot to show the different. The vivid colors is my original video after RU the color gets washed out looking

When trying to export my project I keep getting the error message saying "can't export media". I have tried every option available for each quality too.

How do I make a still in Rush?

I am having nightmares trying to render a 3.5gb video on Rush currently. I haven't had this issue in maybe 9 months! But today its coming up with the rendering process time sat at over 7 hours. Normally it takes a couple of hours. Any ideas what i can do to speed this up?

I uploaded 12 different images into a premiere rush project. In the project assets tab all of the images have the same preview even though they are different files and have different file names. When I drag them into the project timeline they continue to look identical to each other, even though they are different images. I thought it might just be a weird quirk so I exported the project. Even the exported video shows the same image multiple times instead of the different images I originally brought into the project.I've tried quitting and restarting, starting a new project but nothing seems to fix this glitch. Help!

Hello, I seem to have some issues with my audio when it is rendered after I edit it. When playing back the video to listen to it, I could hear an issue with the audio. It sounded like the audio was being played twice and as a result sounded like there was an echo. I use OBS to record with the .mp4 file format before dragging it into a video editing software. Not sure if another format should be used when editing.I'm new to using Premiere Rush since I used to use Lightworks. Thank you!

I was working on a project which involves adding in lots of photos with around 6 and 2/3 photos a second (1 every 0.15 seconds) but the time on Premiere rush once it reaches 0.3 seconds it goes from that to 1 second which makes it really weird. Look at the times in the bottom left corner of images.

When I add layers (with overlapping videos, graphics and titles) to the timeline in the workspace, the video looks progressively small (see pic below) and I cannot enlarge it, when I try to zoom in, only the timeline becomes bigger. Any sugestions? P.S. I'm a beginner, so maybe I am just missing something very simple and basic.     

I am trying to figure out a file management quirk with Rush. I am using the desktop version for this example. I imported a video clip ("Copy Media" checkbox is UNCHECKED on import) from my Hard Drive locally. I then closed Rush, manually moved (not copied) the file to a different location on my HD, reopened the project, and Rush still had the clip still present and visible in the editing timeline. Is it just showing a pre-rendered low quality version from when the clip was originally imported and if I try and render an export will Rush balk and wonder where the original file now is? (Haven't tried as I am still on trial version of software). So while this isn't an issue per say as the clip is still visible/playable/editable as far as I can tell... I am wondering how Rush knows where the movie clip was moved to without me even directing it to the new file location. I would of expected some kind of error message saying could not find media and ask to be directed to the media locatio

so I tried to add an audio to my video, but the music seems to be slowed. it sounds as if its original key is lowered. what should I do to keep the original sound of the audio

Can someone tellme if Adobe Rush allows use of external lav mic on I phone for voice over?

Was running this fine on previous 2018 Intel based Mac - have migrated to a 2021 M1 Pro based machine and we are hanging at Loading ImporterQuickTime.bundle on start up. Have tried rolling back to previous versions, logging out and in again and loading the silicon and intel versions - no dice. Any ideas?

RUSH is installed on my desktop, but when I click on OPEN nothing happens. It opens on my iPhone, but not desktop.

After the export, the video image has been suddenly distorted throughout the whole sequence.Something similar happened with the sound: The original sound is great. After I added a dissolve in the video, the sound is totally distorted. This also has happened once after transforming the video image. I work with the windows version of Rush.HELP, please!

I finally finished a project after spending a few days on it; however, I cant download it. Every time I get an error saying I can't download the HEVC code and need to upgrade. This shouldn't be a problem. However, I edited my school account, and I can't upgrade without the administration. Does anyone have any possible solutions?

When recording from obs I have my desktop audio and my microphone audio that I want to have recorded separately. when I go into Premiere rush the audio files are only showing one track and not separated as 2

Hello!So I looked through the forums and couldn't find anything on my specific issue. I just downloaded this app yesterday and am honestly new to the video editing world. So far I love this app as it's simple and seems to do everything I need it to do with ease. However,  when I import a new video and use the cut option (scissors) then exit the app and come back to edit, it adds a very loud static/white noise sound to the second part of the video. It does this whether I am using a mic or just the standard mic on the phone. I use an iPhone 7 running iOS 12.3.1 (most up to do date version) and I'm running Adobe Rush version 1.1.1 (481).Any help would be appreciated!Thanks!- Austin

When i click the very first clip "trees", it also selects the cip above it and the music below it.  I just want to select the single clip.  How do I do that?

I have Rush installed on a Windows 10 PC, Pixel 6 and a new Samsung Tab S8+ Most of the soundtracks and sound effects that are available on the PC and Pixel are missing from the Tab S8+. Is there a reason why? Thanks

When I restart a project a day after rendering, photos are missing and the music is browned out. How to restart without a complete rebuild?
