How do I get Adobe Rush to stop automatically cutting off the end of my clips that I upload?

Hi Ive had a good experience with premier rush so far. But jumped on the other day to start a new video an finish an old one off and the program is unusable. It locks up after afew clicks of any tool or feature. I tried to export what I had and it work for afew seconds.  My operating system has 64gb of ram. When I went into the task manager to end task it was using all 64gb. Tried again while watching task manager,  an as soon as it locks up it suddenly chews up all the ram.  Can you please help in any way?

I exported a project which I thought was completed, then upon uploading it found that I had made a mistake in editing and figured I could go back into rush and fix it then re export. I had forgotten that I had to delete the project in order to free up space because the app told me I didn't hav enough space to export, even though I had plenty of free spaceon my phone, almost 60 gb of free space to export. I'm sure the project is gone but I hope some how there is a way to retrieve it. Thanks.

Hi there. I made a 9 minute long video with a ton of edits, but it is failing to export. Whenever I try, it only gets 46%-47% far. I've tried deleting all my graphics, and it still had no effect. I've used a more focused network, I've refreshed, and nothing changed. What can I do to get it to complete?

Every 30 minutes or so the project I am working on will stop responding and crash. I am forced to close it. Then re open and now the project I was working on won't load. It opens but only onto a blank screen. Please help. Is there a way to get it back. It is synced but I cannot find it in my account.

Hi guys, I'm using Premiere Rush on IPad and I have a really loose of quality when I import video into Rush.The quality is normal on the SIM card. I get full quality over the different device on my ICloud. But once I import the files on Rush I can see a huge difference on colours, pixels and everything...I add some screenshot sorry i don't know know if that's help a lot.I'm using; iPad Pro 12.9 / 14.4.1Premiere Rush 1.5.54GoPro9, 4K 60fps Thanks for help,

I updated my version of Adobe Rush two nights ago and ever since the update I have not been able to see (on the main screen) or open my Adobe sequences.  What's even more strange is that if I wave my mouse over the gray screen it changes to a hand symbol (meaning I can open the sequence).. The other problem is that when I click on one of the sequence projects no files are loading in the sequence.  Did I just loose all of my work?  I was making a wedding video from our wedding photographs and I will be crushed if I have to spend another 3 months remaking the entire video (especially if this problem repeats its self).  Please help!Kat

Ho can it happen thet Adobe creates a Software without the possibility to export/import/save the project data for further use to a customized destination? After a clean install all my data are gone. This is really hard to believe and probably unique for a payed software.

my adobe premiere rush for samsung not sync which desktop

I have a 1 minute video, with multiple video clips.  Voice over etc into exactly 4 clips of 15 secs each . I managed to do 0 to 15 secs and 15 to 30 secs but I cannot for the life of me do 30 to 45 and 45 to 60 secs. If I sent someone the news feature does anyone know how : or could do this for mr., it's for an assignment - I have Parkinson's so depending on level of shake it's a little fiddly, help appreciated. Nic. 

Ok so I updated the program yesterday (all went well) and made a start editing, went to bed, woke up and I'm getting 'This project was edited with a newer version of rush and can't be edited on this device until you update' any ideas? 

Can't seem to add footage on the app using the LG velvet phone. Had no issues with my Google pixel 4. The footage when attempting to upload is stuck at the preparing media screen when I exit out and go back in the untitled project just shows blank (black screen) videos no sound no image.

Just installed version 1.5.54 and Rush is really freaking out. It can no longer auto save my projects. I have to quit the program and re-open every few minutes to save my progress. Also some of the transition and other graphics show as unknown or have random artifacts after I come back into the app. Thoughts on how to fix this? 

How do I end my video on an image and not a black screen? Does anyone know? I want it to freeze frame the image at the end (not show the image then turn black) 

Hi you all,is there any way to install Rush without the phone supporting it?I got a Xiaomi Pocophone F2 Pro and it is powerfull enough I believe to run this software and I think it would kinda suck if I start paying a subscription but then can't use it on my mobile device... Greetings,EikePS: Sorry if there is a post like this already somewhere...

If you're using the rush soundtracks for youtube vids which are copyright free, is this only while your subscription lasts? Do you have to prove to youtube that you are signed up with adobe. I read a few posts where people had copyright strikes from using rush soundtracks, hope this is now sorted?

Not sure if I just can't find it, but there used to be the ability to add a solid background color under "Titles". I updated my version today and it appears that feature has been removed? I looked through all of the titles and transitions and couldn't find it. Is it hiding somewhere else?

 The error fixes only after I close the program and restart it again ;(

I am new to this product. I've figured out how to edit the video and have several clips now all in the correct order and am ready to export and publish. Every time I try, it is only exporting the first clip even though I have them all highlighted. Am I missing a step to "tie" the clips back together before rendering? TIA.

I have been using this video editing service for the last several months with no issues at all, including through several updates, then today... when I tried to use it, the audio sounded like chipmunks! NEVER had this happen before. So, I did the udate thinking maybe that was the problem. Nope, still doing it. I made sure all of my computer updates were up to date... still doing it. I restarted my computer - twice - still doing it. Video source and format all the same as I have been using - no changes. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this. Please keep in mind - I am not ancient -  but not a techy either! 

Hi! I have problems running Adobe Rush on my PCs. It is HP Envy and should have enough GB for RUSH. The program stops when im editing and I have switch over to FILMORA.  But I would like to be able to use Adobe Rush,  Why cant I run Adobe Rush on my HP Envy? Best regards, Margret

I have all of my devices fully updated, and have updated Adobe Premier Rush of my devices as well. Hello! Does anyone know what the button on the bottom left in the iPad interface of Premiere Rush is used for? It looks like an arrow/cursor with a + over it? It seems to trigger trimming of video clips but I'm not sure if that's all it does. I can't seem to find information on it anywhere. Thanks for the help in advance.
