Bullets and Numbering - Robohelp Version 2022.0.346

where is the Bullets and Numbering option?  Where is the "Starts From" and "Continue Numbering" option?

I want n2 and n3 as point -  2 and 3. please let me know how to correct the sequence. 

2. I am not getting advanced formatting checkbox, level, list style type option when trying to create a new style or trying to duplicate the ol, ul style. 

3. How to create numbering & bullets - level 2. the existing style ol is level 1.
