    Isn't this the same issue you raised at https://community.adobe.com/t5/robohelp-discussions/robohelp-upgrade-from-classic-version-to-rh-2022-pop-up-files-are-not-imported/td-p/15448007

    I don't think you've really answered Peter's question - were the HTML files in question present in the Classic project before upgrading the Classic project? If so, where were they located? Or have you upgraded the Classic project and THEN imported the HTML files? It's not clear what you have actually done. Maybe some screenshots would help explain your issue.

    The HTML files in question were present in the Classic project as pop up files and located in Project Manager folder.

    Now the classic project was upgraded to RH 2022, the files in question were not imported as a result of upgrade and had to be imported .

    On output generation these file sin question , that were imported are shown in Assets folder.

    Another thought is do they get into the output when you generate?

    In the New UI versions, the TOC controls to what goes into your build. Anything that is to be included in the build must be in the TOC or have a link from a topic that is in the TOC. That does not mean users have to see all topics in the TOC, there is an option to hide topics. See https://www.grainge.org/RoboHelp_Tour/rh2022/toc_index_glossary/toc.htm

    Yes these show in Output folder under Assets folder.

    These files were not imported when classic project upgrade was done.

    These were imported from:

    Assets-->Import-->File

    After manusl import these show in Assets folder in generated Output.

    It's not correct so first question is are they definitely topics? Then have they been upgraded? Compare the source code with a topic that is in Contents.

    If there is still an issue, the next thing I would do is see where those topics were in the Classic project. The upgrade process creates a new project for 2022 so your old Classic project still exists in Classic format.
