Problem with no files to check in

Using RoboHelp 2020.8.34 and after I selected “remove connection,” it seems that “open connection” no longer works. I don’t get any error messages, but when I make a change to a topic and check in, no files appear in the dialog for checking in files. What could be wrong and what can I do to fix it? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling RH once as well.

    Although I don't use any source control, what you describe doesn't seem logical - if you remove your connection to source control, how are you expecting to have "open connection" work to begin with??

    So if you accidentally remove connection, you’re completely stuck and can never open the connection again. Seems crazy.

    I don't think so - wouldn't you just set it up again? Maybe you need to contact the RH folks - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
