RH server Web Administrator - Need to manage users

Hi team, 

I'am facing strange issue here with RH Server 11 ! 

I created some user accounts through RH server web admin portal, but i can't see them in the related SQL Database, and I can't even manage/edit them on the webadmin RHS11 portal ! 

 

- Test connection between RHS 11 and SQL express DB is ok 

 

Any one has an idea about the issue ?

    Hi, as we are using LDAP connection, when trying to add a user account it has to be first created on the AD and in the correct location, so the LDAP request will find it in the directory, otherwise it'will not work. 

    Ensure about you're using ldap feature, i don't know if RH server is able to use local accounts.
